Couldn't be happier having my 2 large dogs contained. Nicole really helpful in explaining options - not pushy, just fun and informative. Rick VanBlargan installed the fence and trained me and the dogs. Super helpful and not condescending concerning my lack of technical understanding or my lack of dog training abilities. I am really pleased.

I am so glad we chose this company! The representatives were all extremely friendly and prompt to meet our needs. We got quotes from 3 companies, this company had the best product for us and agreed to beat the other lower quote. The only bump we hit was that the phone number we were originally left was not correct so it took a few email messages to get a meeting set up. I also recommended this company to my parents in Seattle and they had a very similar positive experience. Our golden and husky are now loving our 1.5 acres without a care in the world!
Description of Work: Invisible Fence of the Bay Area (Annapolis, MD) installed the fence, provided two training sessions for our dogs, and came out for a post training collar modification for one of our dogs.

Description of Work: They installed my fence and came back to repair it when the cable company cut the line. The fence works good and they were very professional with the installation as well as the repair. I will use them again.

They were supposed to repair my fence but didn't. They were untruthful and failed to keep me advised of what they were doing. I will not use them again in the future.

Response from Invisible Fence Brand
This was an unfortunate occurrence. I arrived at the house in a pouring rain. [member name removed] was not home. I located the transmitter laying on the ground outside in the rain, still hooked up and plugged into an extension cord. It was not even in its protective case. Not at all how it was originally installed. I was unable to reach [member name removed] at the house. When he did call the office several days later, I explained to him that his transmitter was in the rain and not able to be warrantied. I was a little taken back by his comments. He had been a customer since 2001, yet this was the first time he had a service person, or me out to his house in over 9 yrs. He used to stop by the office and purchase batteries. We warrantied a reciever one time in 2008. We also warrantied 2 transmitters in 7 months prior to this incident. It was clear the problems he was having were self-inflicted. I offered to replace the trans and re-mount everything up to par for a fair price, but he refused. I have seen some home owner fixes/messes in 15 yrs, but this one was unique. We pride ourselves on our experience and professionalism. I am truly sorry this went down the way it did, it could have been resolved with a little compromise from [member name removed]. He has since purchased batteries from us in the office.
