This team was fantastic. I don't really write reviews but these guys went above and beyond. They helped grind out one of the tree stumps, added a drain, and even rewelded the metal stairwell that broke a year ago. The patio design was great, they did the work within a week, and they did it for a great price. If you need a patio this is the team.

Arturo and his crew were very detailed in completing this project to our expectations. Everything came out as we had envisioned. Call Greenland for your next home improvement project, we recommend it.

i had a small wall on my patio that was deteriorating. Arturo and his crew removed the wall and created a step. It looks incredible. He repaired some cracks we had in our concrete and located and repaired the root cause of a leak we have had in our sunroom off and on for ten years. I've had other contractors in over the years and Arturo was confident he could find and repair the problem - and darned if he didn't!! We have an older home, so I worry about foundation issues....this guy is incredible! Knows his craft, professional, neat, prompt, communicates well. I will hire him again.

Arturo is simply the best. He does what he says and we could not be happier with our patio. He takes extra steps like mitering the edge corners which give it a real classy look. I love this guy. Anyone can call me about a recommendation 410-279-3236.

Aruro and his crew did a great job renovating our crawl space masonry and getting it ready for a vapor barrier to be installed as well as poring a new section of cement floor. They also built a 12 x 18' shed foundation for us. All work was extremely well done and they worked to get all the extras that typically come up done at no charge or for a reasonable added fee. People who come in my crawl space now say it's the nicest one they have ever seen!ð

I didn't expect them to redo my whole entreat brick steps but they did an excellent job. They just need to finish the cleanup of the brick.

After a year trying to find a masonry company to perform my job, I had only one other company respond. The estimated cost was substantially less. The level of communication with Arturo, their leader, was high. Most important, they went beyond my expectations as to what would be performed during the job which was re-pointing "ALL" the grout in the wall, not just the loose grout while replacing the missing brick.

They came on time and completed work. They were very professional. I was pleased with the work when finish. I would recommend them.

I am extremely distrustful of contractors, after considering several in my area I ultimately settled on whoever had the best (verified) reviews on Google and Homeadvisor.com. Arturo was kind and considerate throughout the planning process and truly took our needs and desires into account, ensuring we had a completely positive experience. He actually worked in opportunities for us to spot check his work and progress before he continued building something we potentially wouldn't want. In doing so Arturo ensured a quick, efficient, expert, job was done right - the first time. Can't say enough good things about Arturo and his team; I will work with them again.

Our home at 83 Shipwright Street was built in 1892 located in the "heart" of the Annapolis Maryland Historic District. Our street-to-front porch walkway had disintegrated into a rough patchwork of disoriented brick many of which were probably placed 125 years ago. Greenland Construction: (1.). removed and cleaned all the bricks, (2.). installed a new gravel sub-base, and (c). reset all existing bricks in a neatly configured pattern. Their workmanship was superb, personnel most professional, polite and courteous. We could not have been more pleased. Anyone that wants to stop by and see the masterpiece is more than welcome.

The project turned out even better than I thought. They really know what their doing. Greenland was incredibly professional. We received written estimates and updates. Communication was great! What a great experience! Thanks Greenland!

My porch/ramp is not completely finished but the work so far has been wonderful. The gentlemen who have been working at my home are kind and respectful and they have gone above and beyond to make sure the job is safe for my needs. I have already told people how happy I am with the company.
