They have been servicing our air conditioning units for the past 10 years or so, and their service has been excellent.

Excellent. Highly recommend Bay Breeze. The salesperson was professional as was the installation crew. They showed up on time and did a wonderful job and cleaned up everything before they left each day. They installed 2 Trane heat pumps and air handlers in my primary home along with 2 Nest Learning Thermostats.

We woke up on Thanksgiving day to find that the downstairs heat pump wasn't working. I called the emergency number and Kevin showed up within an hour. He quickly identified the problem as a bad valve on the propane backup. He didn't have the part, but was able to reprogram the system so that it would work without the backup heat. The problem ultimately turned out to be a compound problem that required a new valve and circuit board, but Bay heating was responsive and diligent at getting the right parts and working the issue until it was fixed and made sure that the parts were covered under warranty. They were very accommodating of my schedule. They were very responsive, professional and courteous. All around excellent!

Bay Breeze was very responsive and sent a technician quickly and on time. He was very professional and efficient. He quickly identified the problem, but needed to order a part and promised to come back and finish the repair as soon as the part was in. The part took a couple of days to get, but he returned the same day that they received the part and installed it. They were easy to get in contact with and kept me well informed of the status. Worked with Josh on an estimate for a new heat pump and air handler. Their price was on par with other estimates I received, but Josh was very flexible and gave me several options to choose from. I hemmed and hawed for a few months, and eventually contacted Josh again and got an updated quote. I especially liked that they were willing to accommodate my special requests, like having them install a Nest thermostat that I bought separately. Other companies I contacted tried to lock me into buying a different smart thermostat that I didn't want. The install went smoothly, and the system works fine now. The only slight hiccup was that it took the installers a while to figure out how to get the Nest to work, but in the end it was fine, so it didn't bother me. After the install Josh came by to follow up.

The installation went very well. Because of the condition and location of the old unit there was some damage to a ceiling in our home, however the ceiling was already stained from previous problems. Installation went smoothly. They had to bring both the old and new units through our house. They did so with no dumps or scrapes. Both the heating and cooling are working very well.

Fantastic! Bay Breeze Heating and Cooling Inc., was the only company that responded within 24 hours to my emergency. All the other companies I contacted via this site indicated they wouldn't be able to respond for several days, and one of those companies installed my HVAC system a few years ago. Go figure. I was given the usual 4 hour time block for the next day for service. The technician arrived within the first hour and was very professional. He determined the coolant problem right away and was in and out in about an hour and a half. I am very pleased with Bay Breeze Heating and Cooling Inc., in that they actually provided emergency services in a timely manner as advertised. Well done. I will definitely use their services again.

I called a little after 7:30 am and they said that a technician would be able to be at the house about noon. They also made sure that I knew about a coupon on Angie's List. Justin arrived right when he said he would and was professional and courteous. He was able to quickly diagnosis and repair the problem and check out the entire A/C unit to ensure that there were no other issues. Prompt, efficient and got the job done. Excellent.

After initial contact, they sent an email saying we'd be contacted the following day, 7/14/17, that was 5 days ago. Never heard from them. If they were too busy to accept new clients, we should have been told.

The sales rep was Justin. He was on time and really knew the products and options. He answered all of my questions. He did a good job determining what system I needed, the available rebates and options, etc. The installers arrived when scheduled, worked really hard all day, and overall did a great job. They also cleaned everything up before leaving. Overall the experience was great and I recommend the company.

Called them for an estimate. The representative was punctual, very courteous, and knowledgeable. Ended up not using them, however, as another provider gave us a little bit better estimate.

They were great, got it done faster than expected.

One of my requirements was a high-efficiency gas boiler. I had done some research to know what I wanted, mostly on Consumer Reports. The first boiler that Bay Breeze offered had poor ratings, and I asked them if they couldn't do better. The next one they offered was better. Because I was replacing an old standard boiler with a high-efficiency model there was some re-plumbing needed that involved my gas water heater and a new hole in the exterior wall. Also the old boiler was free-standing, taking up a chunk of floor room, while the new one is wall-mounted. They did have to correct some initial problems and brought in one of their experts to deal with it, but in the end I was very satisfied. The new boiler *looks* very modern and clean, and it takes up less space. The new outlet is as discreet as possible, and the clean-up was excellent.

The initial installation went smoothly and I had no further problems during the winter. Come the summer heat, I immediately encountered air conditioning problems, though. The AC would cool the house to a certain degree (say to 73) and then shut down. Bay Breeze made numerous visits to resolve the problem and eventually did succeed! They persisted!

First, it is extremely rare that I have worked with a company of any type that truly goes above and beyond and puts their customer's needs above their bottom line. They have unsurpassed customer service and their technician and office staff are knowledgeable, prompt, and very responsive! Over several weeks of problems and repairs, Bay Breeze could have "nickeled and dimed" us hundreds of dollars, as many HVAC repair companies would have, but they did not. They could have charged us for the cost of parts without fighting with the manufacturer over the warranty, but they did not. The extra effort and caring attitude saved us THOUSANDS of dollars and earned Bay Breeze a customer for LIFE! See below for details! Bay Breeze diagnosed a problem in our system and informed us that the original installer of the system had not bothered to register the unit with the manufacturer so it was not under warranty. Rather than stopping there and charging me for the part, Bay Breeze had me find proof of installation so they could successfully negotiate with the manufacturer to get them to cover the cost of the parts (saving us $3,000.00). While this was being worked out, the temperature soared and it was 93 degrees in our home. They came out and recharged the system so that we could live comfortably until our system could be repaired. They did this on short notice on a Saturday and did not charge me for the visit. During that visit I asked them to check the downstairs system (also flagging) which had the exact same problem. They diagnosed this problem and recharged the system and again, did not charge us for the visit or refrigerant to temporarily fix the downstairs system. They fixed the downstairs system as soon as they could get the part and didn't bill us for that repair until the following month so we could spread out the cost for the repairs. I have used other HVAC repair companies over the years for various problems with mixed results. I will never call anyone else ever again!

We were very pleased with the service provided. The man who came out even checked inside the air duct with his phone to make sure there wasn't water left in it.

Originally Baybreeze didn't have any availability that day for me, but the lovely lady on the phone said she's see if one of their technicians could stop by at the end of the day if he had time. Kevin shot me a text around 4:45pm so i could leave work and meet him at the house. He diagnosed the outside unit, as well as climbed into the attic where our central air is. (BGE Home refuses to go into the attic after noon) We have an old unit, and Kevin gave me a thorough run down of all the possibilities as to why it shuts off from time to time. He explained things twice and gave me some ideas to keep it running for as long as possible at a low price. He gave me his card so i could text him later in the evening when it would inevitably shut off and he help walk me through some ideas. Ultimately, it's time for a new unit. Baybreeze is going to stop by for a free estimate, but Kevin was outstanding and i would recommend this company to others.

Unfortunately I was told I had to pay $100 for an overnight delivery of a part? That part is needed to fix system. Never heard of such an inflated thing. I have been a customer of these people for over 10 years. Jabba. Too many other choices.

Bay Breeze certainly met my expectation. My husband was very pleased and that speaks volumes! Great job!
