We got several estimates, and chose West and Callahan because they were professional as well as friendly and willing to take the time to answer all questions and concerns. From beginning to end, the entire staff was friendly, polite and conducted themselves professionally, cleaning up daily. I would also like to note that they continued to smile after discovering a rather prolific wasps' nest and were successful in relocating the tenants. The home work included a new roof (we chose a 25- year gorgeous shingle in blues). It was unbelievable how fast and well they stripped off the remaining shingles and replaced them with our new ones. Our home was prepped and then painted, including trim, very thorough yet again, tools/equipment picked up and all accomplished in a timely manner. All debris, even including the antenna, etc., was disposed of, as they kept a dumpster there throughout the job. Chuck Callahan, a most personable and efficient young man, spoke with us daily; the workers arrived promptly and Chuck met with them at least daily, as well. Weather was not cooperating and produced rain a lot (Spring time!), but we were never left wondering what was going on, due to Chuck's calls. For excellent work and service, we would not hesitate to highly recommend this company, and would definitely use them again.

Chuck Callahan is the 3rd generation of his family to run his construction firm. His father did a major renovation for us 25 years ago so we called for a painting contractor recommendation, not realizing they were happy to provide an estimate and do the work. The job was labor-intensive and we were able to provide the stain which we had purchased a few years back. We knew we were in good hands based on the major work they had done before. The estimate was accepted and a date agreed on. Work started promptly and was finished in a reasonable amount of time.
