+ 1 morePerformed all work as agreed - on budget and on time. Got a rebate from Delmarva which offset cost. Had issue with the sump pump pipe coming out over the winter because of the cold, but other than that we've been happy with the work.
Description of Work: Encapsulated crawlspace, insulated walls, did mold remediation, removed old wet insulation, installed french drain and new sump pump.

+ 0 moreWe were very satisfied with their performance. They tend to recommend what can be extras but don't push the issue. One of their recommendations we accepted (improving the entrance to the crawl space) and one we rejected (adding a dehumidifier). They did excellent work on the entrance and improved its apprearance. They quickly accepted our decision about the dehumidifier and only suggested checking their work and the humidity level in a few months, which is fine with us.
Description of Work: Cleaned and insulated crawl space including plumbing.

Description of Work: They performed a home energy audit and installed attic insulation. They were referred by Artic Heating and Air Conditioning of Berlin who install the new 15 SEER Carrier Heat Pump. They also helped with documentation for a Maryland BeSmart Rebate of over $1400, which is a big help with the high costs. The cottage has been very comfortable and electric bills appear to have dropped.

+ 0 moreThey cleaned out all the moisture from my crawl space. They tested for mold and for energy efficiancy. They installed vapor barriers and a sump pump. Their work was excellent and they were very professional.
