Description of Work: We went there to order a new bathroom double sink vanity. The design showroom had many samples and displays of fixtures whic we found very helpful. The designer was very friendly and quite talkative but had some trouble focusing on what we wanted. She carefully wrote down what we decided but the subsequent drawing didn't match. This actually happened 3 different visits. Finally we ordered a custom vanity which arrived 6 weeks later. They wanted $200 to deliver the 3 boxes in their own truck 5 miles away. We borrowed a friends truck and picked it up and our friend installed it. The vanity looks great!

custom cabinets, countertops, home remodeling
+ 1 moreSpecial order cabinets were delivered and job started on time. 2 week job turned out to be a month and we are installing additional handles that had to be ordered ourselves since it would be impossible to get contractor back. Cabinets are a good quality for the price. As a company in a relatively small town Tidal should make more of an effort to please their customers.
Description of Work: Had kitchen designed, purchased cabinets, and quartz counter. Designer recommended the contractor which was another 13k. Cabinets were incorrectly measured, so work had to stop after about a week. After that our designer was fired which left us basically with no one who truly cared about coordinating with the contractor. Terry took over and although she managed to get counter cut quickly, she clearly wasn't invested in someone else's project. Contractors, Chesapeake, were totally ready to move on to another project and we had a terrible time getting them out there to do anything. Keep in mind all this time there is no usable sink or stove. Chesapeake installed the wrong handle and broke 2. Kept it the way he installed it and purchased more. Tidal would not credit me for the ones I changed because their special order. How special could they be if they only take a few days to order? Would have at least be a goodwill gesture for all the inconvenience they caused.

+ -1 moreWe worked with Teri to select from their showroom and catalogs the vanity we wanted. We carefully went over the drawings and specifications with her but she kept sending us something else. Whenever we called she could never find our folder. She was personally very sweet and helpful but a bit disorganized and distracted. She even went with us to a Granite facility and spent hours helping us to select a granite slab for our kitchen but then never followed up with us in the process (we went with another company for this). I think she forgot. When the vanity was made it was delivered to their warehouse but then we discovered that there was a $200 fee to deliver it 7 miles to our house! We arranged for a friend to pick it up in his pick up and then to install it.
Description of Work: As part of a masterbath remodel we wanted to replace a vanity with two sinks to a more custom vanity at a raised height. We went to Tidal for help in selecting, measuring, designing and ordering the vanity

+ 0 moreTHEY DID A GOOD JOB ALSO. I WAS IMPRESSED AND PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED AND THEIR WORK. THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND USE THEM AGAIN.
