+ -1 moreI have had an account with this firm for almost ten years. The company has had the oil contract for over twenty years at my residence. I ran out of fuel last week, I had no heat or hot water. I called in and was told I would get a delivery the next morning. The next day at noon I called in and was told it would be a week to get fuel. I told the rep that I'm a quadriplegic in a wheelchair, but they couldn't care less. They will say "we do our best but....", that really matters not when you are cold and have no hot water. They also have no means to deliver any more than ten gallons? I was able to get fuel two days later from another company.
