We moved to Fink Whitten after another large firm couldn't manage to get their act together and keep appointments or produce a plat that was up to today's more stringent standards. They came in for one job of about 12 acres and we ended up giving them multiple jobs of some 250+ acres total. All were completed on time, at or below budget, and in the case of a 150+ acre farm property, they provided much more information than we had ever had before in spite of us having access to several older surveys from other firms dating back over the last 30 years. I would recommend them to anyone needing surveying, flood plain, or land planning services.,
Description of Work: We used them for preparing plats for permitting purposes, elevation certificates and letters of map adjustment for flood insurance, boundary line and land feature verification.
