+ -1 moreJohn was excellent. He knew the right questions to ask. We are marginally proficient in technology and he talked us through our needs to the point where he could solve our problems. He was able to commujnicate with us whereas in the past other providers were competent but could not explain how they solved issues and how we could avoid issues in the future.
Description of Work: Networked 4 computors in our home office. Checked recalcitrant computor for remaining life. Taught us a some shortcuts and gave us some good ideas on hardware to improve our computor situation.

+ -1 moreI called and explained my wife's computer problem. The person that answered the telephone was very friendly, helpful and customer focused to my needs. They sent a technician out and they arrived in less than 30 minutes. We live 25 minutes away from their store. The technician was very professional and asked many questions to analyze where the viruses came from. He then went to work and resolved all of the problems. Afterwards, my wife was able to get back on her computer and accomplish what she needed to do that day, such as paying our bills through online banking. She, also, was taking an online class where she had to submit a homework assignment that day. I would highly recommend Computers on the Go for their customer service, professionalism and reasonableness of their prices.
