During the transaction he offered insights into several associated products and materials to be used in the preparation, enhancement and eventual SALE of a private residence in Owings, Maryland. He, (Mr. Erick Garcia) listened, learned and made critical recommendations to insure that quality products would eventually result in our ability to MARKET a superior Home in this prime location just outside of Washington, DC. The assistance helped our Contractor 'LAB Painting', to provide GREAT improvements to the property with clearly an enhanced IMAGE, which included designing and building (3) three totally redesigned bedroom closets. This included both the construction, mounting and painting in this very important area of improvement to the home for both USAGE and the eventual SALE of our clearly improved living enviroment !
