IES is simply the best there is at what they do. They are extremely respectful of your property and furnishings. Mr. Watt explained everything he was going to do and gave us advice and guidance on future maintenance. Yes, IES is more expensive than other 1-800 steam cleaning type companies; however, the old saying "you get what you pay for" is very true in this case. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat and after IES was done, our floors and couches looked practically brand new. In 2010, we hired IES to steam clean our kitchen floor which is ceramic tile. We'd always had a 'dirty' floor due to poor installation by the company we'd hired. They left a grout haze which we couldn't remove ourselves. IES came in and a few hours later, we had the floor we'd always hoped to have. We will only hire IES in the future to clean our carpets and hard surfaced floors.
