She was excellent. She did a very good job of presenting a marketing plan and made sure the house was priced properly. She also gave us excellent recommendations to make the house sell. She had the house sold in 24 hours.

I used a realtor from this company to purchase a home in 2007. That experience was good. Today, I need of copy of the HUD-1 from that purchase for tax purposes and called one week ago today to obtain information on how to get a copy. The very nice girl who answered the phone took my name and information and told me she would refer this on to the responsible person (Dawn). She assured me that someone would call me back by Monday. On that next Wednesday there was still no call so I called them again. The same girl answered the phone, reported that she had passed on the message to the office administrator, Dawn (unsure if this is the exact title). I asked Dawn?s telephone number, which she provided. I called and left a detailed voice mail message. On Thursday afternoon I still had not received a call back and called the office again to confirm I had the correct number. I did. I asked to speak with the owner of the company (Connie). Once she was on the phone, I explained my issue and asked for assistance in obtaining this document, including that I had initially made contact with the request seven days ago. She stated ??I have been out of the office and am the only one who knows how to get that document. I am very busy with showings today and have a client coming in to town tomorrow and am not sure when I can get [the HUD-1 document]?. I tried to explain my past experience but based on that response it did not seem that she would have the time (or desire) to listen. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend this company to any family or friend looking to sell or buy a home in that area. I do not remember such rudeness when I was purchasing my home in 2007.
