They understand, pursued and provide 100% Customer TOTAL Satisfaction ! They found the replacement parts and provided first person instructions, which allowed me to make the required repairs! Thereby helping me to expedite my visit and helping to locate and purchase other items I needed ! 'KAITLYN', was rapid and effective as she excelled at the Cashier location !
Description of Work: 1st: Listen 2nd: Learned 3rd: ACTED Recommend Products ! (Electrical Lights & Repair Kit for very expensive Family heairloom) Customized a critical 'Wall Board' in order to maximize in house Cilmate Control wall board sheet, FREE of Charge !  + -1 moreGreat ! The final outcome was a Total success. I enjoyed the personalized service provided by dedicated and knowledgible service professionals. I was greeted as I entered the store. I was escorted to the correct location and provided with the specific equipment to address my needs to stop the flooding of my basement. The drain element was customized to insure that my problem would not happen again. The price was good, the service was exceptional and the People ( Bill, Cindy & Cathy W. were OUTSTANDING !
Description of Work: (3) three primary assets helped me to understand, locate and supply me with the required products and information to allow me to quickly resolve a big problem at my main storm drain located outside my basement door, which was causing flooding in my basement. The staff was Prompt, Plesant and Professional. Cindy, Cathy W. & Bill took complete ownership of my situation and invested their time and abilties to SUCCESSFULLY solve my problems! I was greeted upon arrival and Cathy W. escorted me to the location where my required products were located, Cindy continue the process and Bill modified my products to solve my problem. I had experienced a less successful attempt when I made the mistake of shopping at Loews, Home Depot and Ace in my immediate area, but made the 40 mile round trip to enjoy SUCCESS and in the future I will start at DUNKIRK Hardware & Home Center.
