+ -1 moreBleak Hill Restorations designed and installed our 780 ft. basement. Josh and Jason were very easy to work with and very professional. Josh, the owner worked with us and was available for any questions including giving reasonable recommendations when asked. They also worked to correct problems before we found them as well as working with us to fix small details. All work easily passed county codes and was done with great quality.
Description of Work: Bleak Hill Restoration completed a basement for us.

+ -1 moreJosh and Jason were very dependable and got the job done in a timely manner. They are very pleasant and professional. They cleaned the area and hauled the old screening to the dump. I would highly recommend them for any building projects needing done on your home.
Description of Work: Replace stairs and landing to screen porch with vinyl. Replaced railings and put lattice under steps in vinyl. Put new screen panels on porch and replaced any wood siding with vinyl. Also replaced the wooden screen door to porch with a vinyl screen door.

Description of Work: Bleak Hill Restorations in Southern Maryland came out last fall and did a kitchen partial remodel that included replacing the kitchen counter, the kitchen sink, and the kitchen faucet. They also did a complete master bathroom remodel.
