They were very tolerant of my blubbering phone calls wondering about a timeline with regards to when the second tech would get to me with the part. Both techs were awesome!

We had been experiencing repeated issues with our radiators and boiler system. The company we were using was unable to diagnose the problem, and in fact, had misdiagnosed the problem, twice. We decided to give Reliability Home a try. Their technician came out, and, after a thorough check of the system, found the problem (two other companies we called, also failed to find the problem). I have been nothing but impressed with Reliability Home. The company is responsive, their technicians are knowledgeable and professional, their work is thorough, and the quality of their work is excellent. I have since recommended Reliability Home to our neighbors, who are now also fans of Reliability Home.

This company lives up to its name. They were able to get a technician right out for my problem. The technician was professional, friendly, and, very courteous. He was very knowledgeable and took care of my problem. I will certainly use this company for all my plumbing needs.

Reliability charged me $1,500 for a heat pump repair with a 6-month warranty (bronze service) but the unit stopped cooling after 2weeks. When they came back they said it would cost an additional $3902 (bronze) - $5269 (platinum) to repair or $8,302 (base) to $21,680 (platinum) to replace the unit. When I voiced my frustration paying $1,500 for a repair with a 6-month warranty that only worked for 2 weeks I was hung up on. I feel ripped off and would not recommend this company.

Great work

All we needed to do was remove an old kitchen faucet and install a new one. Apparently, they had different levels of installations with different bells and whistles. The platinum was around $1,500 (what???) and the band-aid (which is what I got) was $550. Very expensive in my book. However, the guy that did it was very friendly and did a good job.

I have used Reliability for five years now, ever since I moved to MD and three technicians worked until midnight on 4th of July weekend to repair the HVAC system in my new home. They stayed until they were done, they never complained and the system has been working well ever since. The reason for their visit was the Twice a year check-up and cleaning.

Fair and reasonable, gave me the different options how to fix the leak and also what to look out for in the future.

We hired them to find the source of a smell in our downstairs bathroom and specifically to check the vent. They were much more interested in selling services than in actually getting to the root of the problem. Most plumbers offer a price for a service - they offered everything from the platinum solution - which would have been thousands of dollars - to a "bandaid" solution - which was actually what we needed done. We made the mistake, agreeing to unnecessary services. But $2500 later, they hadn't solved our problem and wanted another $3K to fix what they thought it was. We ended up calling another plumbing company - Best Mechanical - and those guys spent a whole day actually tracking down the root of our problem and fixed it. Can't say enough good about them. My advice - steer clear of Reliability. They're only interested in upselling.

They were able to come out the same day and stop the water!! The technicians, Rob, Mike and Will, were professional, respectful of my property and perfectly pleasant human beings. I’m so thankful for all they did in my home. EXCELLENT TEAM!!!
