Description of Work: I had a frozen pipe that had flooded my basement. The ceiling in my family room collapsed. They were able to find the leak and fix the problem immediately. He also discovered another leak in another area and postponed his next job accordingly. They stuck around as long as needed. 11/13/2012 I am changing my original review of Langenfelder Plumbing because I have had repeated problems with the water pipes which were supposedly repaired and all leaks remedied. Even now, I'll need to find another plumber because once again, there is ample evidence that the leaks have either returned or were never completely repaired in the first place. The ceilings in my 1st floor level powder room & family room are so water-logged that I hope they do not collapse again and injure anyone. I also really cannot afford the high price of a master plumber right now, but fear that I must really locate a master plumber before my ceilings collapse. Another thing I did not realize was that when I asked the Langenfelder crew to replace the showerheads in the main bathroom & in the bathroom in the master bedroom, they did so with the cheap, ugly black plastic fixtures that were not what I had anticipated. When I told that to the plumbers, they said the showerheads were really good & I should keep them. I was exhausted, too tired to refuse to pay for the supposed repair & the high price they charged for the ugly showerheads. I did call the company manager to complain about the showerheads, but was told the same thing the plumbers.had said. About 3 months later, I was in Home Depot to get some new drawer pulls, & I passed by the display of showerheads, There were the ugly black fixtures that were exactly like those in my house: they were the lowest quality showerheads and were selling at the regular price of $9.95 a piece! I had been "ripped off" overcharged!
