+ -1 moreThe estimate was very good and was very clear. The estimate took about a week to receive, which was fine. They were on-time for the appointment for the estimate.
Description of Work: They provided an estimate for installing new light fixtures, outlets, trims in the entire house and a rewire for my electrical panel.

+ -1 moreNo services were performed because I was never called back with an appointment date, in spite of repeated attempts to set a date up. The electrician assigned to me never called me back, I had to track him down through repeated phone calls. He did finally make it to my house to give me an estimate for work. However, I was not able to get a date established for him to come out and actually do the work. Finally, two weeks ago he assured me that he would contact me by the next week to set up an appointment to do the work this week. Here we are on Tuesday and I've heard nothing from this guy. Terrible customer service.

+ -1 moreTHE SALES REP SHOWED UP ON TIME ,EXPLAINED ALL THE DETAILS AND WAS HELPFUL IN SELECTING THE FIXTURES THAT I NEEDED. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK THE ELECTRICIAN DID WAS VERY GOOD
Description of Work: KLIMA ELECTRIC PROVIDED THE ELECTRICAL SERVICE FOR MY HOUSE. THEY WIRED THE SHED AND PIER AS WELL.
