These are great guys, they are professional, have a great product, a lot of good options for those looking for deck repair, they are very responsive, and they say they have high price for high quality but their price came in more around the mid-range for me. Overall, it's clear why these guys are rated so highly and I'm sure I'll be using them again in the future. Great work.

The service was very excellent, they were very professional, when I initially called the owner called me back as soon as possible and he was very informative, He educated me on how power washing go so I would be understanding on how it works. He was able to send me a quote within the day, he was able to get me a schedule within a week or two after our call. When the technicians came out, they were able to finish the job in one day. My deck is beautiful. I was very happy, they were very informative, very willing to help me, the price is great and I would definitely use them again.

Marcel was the person from Grime Busters who did our job. He was thorough, professional and efficient. He took the time to explain the process to us so that we could understand what was being done.

A single gentleman arrived earlier than expected on 06 Dec 2017 -- said his partner was sick. We reviewed my expectations and he got to work. Although he brought ladders, he never used them (lack of partner perhaps although I offered a "3rd hand" which he declined). In a few places, closer access with a ladder would have improved the quality which is why I assigned "B". Overall, I was satisfied.

Joe was helpful, but couldn't get here before we had separate paint work done. Fair enough. He tried his best and we went with someone else highly rated on Angie's List for less money. I called him, saying, "I need to cancel an appt." He said, "Okay, bye," without confirming the date or who I was. I called again--for his sake, I thought. He then confirmed that my phone number was all that he needed, but fired a parting shot. "Your wife already called four times. A lot of wasted time, a lot of wasted time," and hung up before I could reply. Actually, my wife only called twice. Joe did spend time going through his schedule to try to find a quicker appt., but isn't that the "wasted time" required to do business? Maybe it was just a bad day--see the other good reviews.

I had my home power washed and my deck re stained. My deck is old; so when they power washed it, the previous stain peeled off in a way that was not expected. I must say that Grime Busters stayed with this problem until it was, not only solved, but made the deck better than my expectations. The job was more than what anyone estimated in both work and time; so I really appreciated that their workers stayed with the job until it was done to everyone's satisfaction. They were very conscientious. My house and deck really look good and I expect that their work will last longer than when I had previous staining and power washing. I recommend them!

I thought the work was excellent. They communicated well and got back really quick. The quality of the work was really good. I would recommend them because they did a really good job.

It was excellent. They had a team that came out and cleaned all three levels of the deck, lawnchairs, roof, and gutters. It was a huge job and they got in, did it quickly, and were extremely professional. Quite a bit of debris was thrown from the roof, but they left no mess at all! They were so nice and the cost was more than reasonable.

Lousy job, frustrating experience. The salesman/owner Joe was quick to come to our house to sell the service and even quicker to collect the check. The staining was uneven. I have a feeling that the chemicals and tools they used were of low quality. Or maybe the people who did the job were both rookies (2 males, white, 20-25 years old). They arrived on time. They took about two hours with the pressure washer asked us to check the deck after power washing to see if it was to our satisfaction before staining it. It looked OK for a couple of new homeowners! We were not the experts! To us, the wear and tear in the wood deck was logical after washing it, but later on we found out that the angle and the distance were probably inadequate and the technique sloppy, which might have "eroded" the finish of the wood. After we unknowingly approved the sloppy pressure washing, the two men proceeded to apply a transparent sealant to the wood, as per suggestion of JOE, saying it was cheaper than the staining because they don't have to use all the chemicals and it will look "beautiful", also "our neighbors will be jealous." After the job was done it looked decent...for a day. It was not better than our neighbor's. It was not as the picture Joe showed us on his brochure. It looked...decent, that's all. After a strong rain the day after, the deck dried off leaving yellow spots and streaks near the corners and around its edges, along with a grayish tone in the wood. The water didn't "bead" as it was supposed to from the sealant, we noticed. I called Joe and explained the issue but he said that the final look of the wood "had to be expected since the previous owners didn't take care of the deck properly" and that "you didn't want to use the staining chemicals" I said to him that he should have said so from the beginning instead of making us pay for something that was not going to work and that if we needed an upgrade with the chemicals to make the deck look nice we would've paid NO PROBLEM, but that he had given us bad advice.I had to use a tone with him because he was being dismissive of my concerns, consequently a couple of tough "opinions" were exchanged. The best part of that conversation? He then proceeded to "put me on hold" for 15 MINUTES without even letting me refuse. I guess he was hoping I would hang up, yet I didn't, so he had to come back to me. He then apologized for putting me on hold and said he would send somebody to take a look at the deck and fix whatever was necessary next morning. The person was punctual and sharp looking, but dismissive nonetheless, just like his boss. He used some kind of yellow paint/lacquer in the washed-out spots and did some touches here and there with what I think was sealant. The deck looked a little more even. The overall greyish tone of the wood sustained . This fix lasted for a couple of months, then green/white/yellow blotches and streaks appeared again. The wood stopped beading. We gave up. It was too frustrating. We were not going to call them again and go through the same experience. In conclusion, Joe had told us that the finish of the deck would last for two years. That's why the price was that high, because we wouldn't have to treat the wood the following year. The salesman/owner saw through us, noticed that we were new homeowners with no clue of what was happening to our deck and which treatment it required. The price we paid was outrageous in comparison with the service that we got. Never, never, EVER, again. They got us, so please think twice before doing business with The Grime Busters Power Washing.

Joe is very professional and thorough. Scheduling and payment terms are very easy and Grime Busters gives you a few options. Workers were unobtrusive and professional. They were able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days of service call. Grime Busters has also worked on our deck previously and also to clear jammed ice in the gutters during the double blizzards from a few years ago. Very easy to deal with and will call on them again for future work.

I used this company last year for gutter cleaning and was impressed with their work so when i needed to have my roof cleaned and house power washed, i called upon them again. I was again very impressed with their work. They responded to my phone call immediately when requesting the service and they were able to come within 3 days. They showed up exactly when hey said they would and did another excellent job. They are very professional and extremely courteous. I wish had taken before and after pictures to show the great work they did. I will surely call them again for any future work.

The technician worked quickly and efficiently checking all the gutters, unclogging a few, flushing them out, repairing the gutter screws where necessary. He arrived in a company truck, checked in with me before starting, was very professional, had all the equipment he needed for the job, and reported what he found to me before writing out the invoices. The amount was as quoted.

Where to start. The worker powerwashed the deck and proceeded to apply an oil base stain to the wood. First, he stood on my neighbors wooden fence and it broke and that took time away from my job. Then he rolled and sprayed the stain without any drop clothes, which were in his truck and stain covered the ground below, the two air conditioner condensers, lawn furniture, dog toys but luckily not my dogs which were inside. Then the owner had the nerve to call me and ask if I would cover the cost of repairing the neighbors fence since it looked like it was old and it broke when his man stood on it. No way on that. Then he painted the surrounding fence with stain and got it on the brick, a tree, bushes, the concrete. After finishing up nearly at dark, he air washed his spray equipment in our side yard and that sprayed stain on my gas grill, the hedge, trash cans and other lawn furniture. And my wife's favorite Magonlia tree. What an awful mess. They came back for an hour and cleaned off the AC units but little else. After a careful review of the work (excluding all the damages) the job was pretty sloppy, stained over hinges, gate latches, basically everything in his way. All the while smoking. Grime Busters Power Washing, you sure know how to ruin a great deck and yard just in time for summer. If you get a quote for services, ask about how much money you'll get back for overspray, drips, spills and stupidity. That would be zero. Cashed the check and off they went. Never again.
