The person who came to give the estimate was very professional and knowledgeable. The crew had performed the job well, but it was expensive.

This installation was beset with problems, most of which were not Erickson's fault, but required their effort to fix. My initial contact call was never returned, so I had to call again in order to make an appointment. Turns out their answering service was incompetent. They were very apologetic. The day of the installation, the plumber was an hour late, but the office called and let me know that was the case. Once Rick did arrive, he quickly assessed the situation and explained everything clearly to me. I was happy that they could go ahead and install the hot water heater immediately. He quickly returned with the new heater. Removing the old one was difficult because the drain valve was broken and he could only empty some of the water off the top. He had to wrestle an almost full heater out of its small space and could barely roll it on the hand truck down the ramp. If Rick had been a smaller, less brawny guy, there is no way that heater could have been moved by one man. When he was attaching the new copper pipe to the openings on the new heater, there was a problem with one of the pipe fittings. I don't know if he did something wrong, so it didn't fit, or if there was a problem with the opening. Anyway, he had to redo that piece of pipe. Then when he brought the new unit into the house, it had to be forced through the old opening. The fittings on the new unit weren't located in the same area as the old ones, so he had to run some new pipes to match them up. He made sure he put the new shut off valve in a convenient location for me to reach easily. He kept his work area clean and mopped up a wide area of the floor around where he had worked. He called me an hour or so after he left to make sure I did indeed have hot water. The bill was written up exactly as we had discussed before the job began.

Very pleased with the work and advice given. The serviceman went the extra mile to be helpful. Arrived on time, made the fixes and cleaned up after. Couldn't have had a better experience. Erickson Plumbing has my A+ overall. Thank you!

Overall this was a very good experience. Arrived promptly for estimate and for eventual fix. However the first appointment to fix the leaks was a washout - supposedly for 8 am - kept calling and putting back the time until 1 pm when visit was cancelled due to the plumber having a health emergency. This was poor scheduling and resulted in an entire wasted day off work - there's no reason an 8 am appointment should have been delayed as it should have been the first appointment. Second attempt to fix was just as expected, prompt, efficient, professional. Plumber found a third leak while fixing the 2 estimated leaks, but did not stay to estimate or fix it because of a subsequent appointment (!) overall pleased, but a bit frustrated couldn't get at least an estimate for the new leak while the plumber was already in the house, particularly given the hours spent waiting the previous day.

Erickson was very responsive and professional. I contacted several plumbers off Angie's List late on a Tuesday night. I got responses from several, including Erickson, on Wednesday a.m., and I needed to have the work done a couple of days later on Friday. I was in regular back-and-forth communication with Phyllis at Erickson, who was very helpful with scheduling, pricing, etc. On Friday they showed up and did the work professionally, at the quoted price. This was a very satisfactory experience and I would highly recommend them.

On the weekend, I found a leak under the sink in the basement. I called Saturday morning for someone to come and fix it. The plumber called me right back, told me how to stop the leak (but I couln't get it to work so I had to keep emptying a bucke) as he couldn't fit me in until Sunday morning early. Rick was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything he did. I had other questions and he provided options. I was grateful that he was responsive on the weekend. I would definitely use this company again and also recommend them.

He did some extensive, as well as some small work for me. He came up with a solution, for the shower that was leaking, with which I had lot of problems. He was punctual, and came on time. He was also professional, friendly, very responsive, and answered all my questions. The pricing was fair as well.

The serviceman was extremely responsive, very polite, professional. He did not arrive on time, but called when he found out that his other job was going late. The price seemed rather high for the repair which was done (just resetting a thermostat), but I didn't know how much to expect for that type of work.

The work was completed in about 5-6hrs. The plumber Rick came to assess the damage a day prior to the work being completed; took about an hour. I was given an estimate and detail description of what work would be done. The next day work was completed as described in the estimate. Rick was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and providing tips on how to prevent the damage from reoccurring. Rick was also helpful in answering my other questions after the work was completed. I definitely would recommend Erickson Plumbing. P.S. The young lady that initially scheduled my appointment and rescheduled (due to snow) was very accommodating and extremely pleasant over the phone.

They were highly professional, friendly and very interested in making sure that the job was done well. They were punctual and also took care of any problems that came up. We are very happy with the work they did.

They were prompt with very good communication providing me with all my options. They fully explained the different ways to approach the jobs - pros and cons and the cost. They did the job quickly and it worked. They left the place as clean as they found it. They stuck with the price quoted and appointment making process was excellent.

I supplied the faucet for him, and he only supplied some material for the drain and some copper tubing. His price was very high for the work that he did. He was very unprofessional, and I am not satisfied with his service.

They were there on time. They were easy to work with and did a good job.

I called for an estimate on the work. He gave me the price and did the work on the same day. I felt the price was fair. He was great, neat, clean and cleaned up his mess. He was polite.

We have used Erickson's two times (first time didn't write a report, sorry!) and both times they were punctual, professional and very efficient at the job we hired them for.

I hired Erickson Plumbing strictly based on their high rating from Angie's List. I was suspicious of the estimator, who seemed extremely young and relatively inexperienced. He had little knowledge of pipe other than PVC. However, their quote was the best and their service record seemed impeccable, so I hired them. It turned out that the estimator was also the plumber who did the job. The plumber did not show up the first day the job was scheduled and the main office was unable to contact him. When the plumber showed up for the job two days late he said he'd had food poisoning. Then the job ran over his estimated time into a weekend, when we had specifically scheduled the job early in the week so that would not happen. We called the main office and requested the plumber return on Saturday to complete the job and we were told he would do that. When he didn't show up Saturday morning I called him on his cell. He said his sister had been in a car accident and he was unable to come in. The re-piping appears to be high quality and well installed. However, the plumber did not clean up after significant wall and ceiling demolition and he spilled a large amount of epoxy on the basement floor.

Company scheduled appt to provide estimate and canceled 20 mins prior to appt. Kept 2nd appt, and provided estimate without a date to complete the work. I was told company would call to schedule appt but after a week I called. Again, company canceled scheduled appt 20 mins prior to appt.

I called about 9:00 AM and set up an appointment for between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. The plumber arrived about 1:00 PM. He understood the issue quickly and brought the required equipment from his truck. Rather than carrying the water from the washer tub he elected to drill a hole in the drain pipe above the tub and work from there. This worked out well and when he finished he installed a new stub. It took about an hour total, and throughout the time the plumber was professional and informative. While the charge seemed high for the amount of time it took, it was a standard charge, with an Angie's List discount. I would use them again.

I called to ask for an estimate on some plumbing work (leaks) as well as an estimate to remodel two bathrooms. I was told on the phone that they would be able to provide me with both when they viewed my bathrooms. When the plumber arrived he told me that I would be better off remodeling both bathrooms rather than fixing them because of the need to remove existing tile. The plumber was unable to provide me with an estimate for remodeling but instead told me to call the office for a list of contractors that they work with on projects. I called the office and they gave me two company names. I plan to follow up and ask for estimates from these companies.

The service was excellent. Carter arrived on time (10 minutes before I got there) and was already at work. This property is a rental so I have a lockbox on the basement door. He had already removed the faucet and the access panel to the plumbing to troubleshoot the problem. He was able to remove debris (grass and dirt) from the pipes leading to the faucet to get the water flowing again. Carter seemed very knowledgeable and was done with everything in about 90 minutes.

Called for an estimate and the representative showed up on time. Estimate was for $750 and the representative indicated it would be necessary to remove the kitchen counter and cabinets in order to do the job, neither of which Erickson would repair. I received an estimate from another plumber on Angie's List that completed the job for half the price and without having to remove or damage any part of the kitchen. The difference between the Erickson estimate and the job, as actually completed by another vendor, makes me unlikely to call Erickson again.

They were courteous and very prompt. They did the job in a timely manner. They said they would do it on a Friday and they did it. They called me and let me know when it was done.

It went as well as a big job of this sort could possibly go. I have to admit I was quite scared going into this (but it had to done). They were, as always, very, very skilled, competent, thorough and professional. I have used Erickson Plumbing for prior jobs over the past year, starting out with small jobs and leading to two quite larger jobs this year (but it is an old house). One was for the riser pipe and the other big job was my sewer line. I continue to thank my lucky stars for having found this company (and another new good plumber, Michael Tarburton who also assisted). With both of these big jobs this year, they came right away, and showed up and fixed the problem almost immediately. I have no fear about it not being right or having to get them to come back to fix something; in fact, I've never had to ask them to come back. They are most definitely "plumbing aces" and all-around good people.
