+ -1 moreCame out to hammer tacks sticking up causing a hazard. A lady came in while a male was waiting in her car and spent a total of 30 Minutes on 3 big sets of stairs that had a lot of tacks throughout , told me when she left that she tried her best to get them all but that possibly there are still some . Later when walking a tack scraped the back of my foot and lo and behold there was a bunch still in the main walking areas of the stairs. The owner however refused to address the issue and said he wasn't willing to correct the mistake. Run from this company.

+ -1 moreWAS RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND AND I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR ALL MY CARPETING NEEDS SINCE LIVING AT MY ADDRESS AND HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHERS. THEY STAND BY THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL AND, IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE WILL GLADLY GET MANUFACTURERS INVOLVED.
Description of Work: BRINGS SAMPLES TO HOUSE FOR SELECTION. CARPETED 3 BEDROOMS, HALLWAY, LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM.

+ -1 moreTHE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, WE HAD JUST PAINTED PRIOR TO THE CARPET BEING INSTALLED. THEY DID SUCH A NICE JOB THAT I DID NOT HAVE TO TOUCH UP THE WALLS. MY MOTHERS HOUSE IS SMALL INSIDE THE GROUP TOWNHOUSE.
Description of Work: AT MY MOTHERS HOUSE I HAD ALL THE OLD CARPET REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH NEW PADDING AND BERBER CARPETING.
