I could not recommend Brian more highly as someone who understands the many complex ways a house is put together and how to address just about anything that can go wrong. He proved himself to be creative, honest, communicative and highly professional. From first contact, Brian was easy to get hold of, adaptable and timely. Once we made our appointment he walked through the house and investigated each of these unique issues, carefully assessed it, presented his diagnosis for each and patiently presented several possible approaches. His price was very reasonable, considering all the costs associated with his top credentialing, and over the next few days Brian solved each of these unique problems just as he said he would. One of his strengths, I should add, is proactive communication. He cautioned us ahead of time that with an older house, it's not unusual to open up a wall or disassemble a window frame and find that more, or other, things, need to be fixed than originally believed and said that if this were to happen he would send us pictures of the issue, estimate additional cost, and ask whether we want to have him proceed. This is exactly what he did, and in several cases, we did opt for the suggested adjustment, in part because we knew exactly what he was going to do and why and how much it would cost. In the end, Brian and his assistant, Terry, handled everything beautifully and left the place looking cleaner and neater than when they had arrived. Overall, it was an excellent experience working with Brian!

Brian was thorough, detail-oriented, and conscientious in following up on whether or not the work was completed to satisfaction. He did a great job!

Brian and Terry arrived on time and were professional and precise in detailing the day’s job. Upstairs plumbing issue unrelated to the company’s work caused damage to the ground floor’s overlying ceiling. They patched the two foot by two foot hole, painted and ended the day with the living room as clean as when they arrived that morning, albeit with a great looking ceiling rather than one that looked like an anvil had fallen through it. Would hire them again certainly.

I was experiencing low water flow to my 3rd floor bedroom. Since the house is 100 years old, I assumed that the only way to repair the problem was to replace the water service lines which would have been very expensive. Brian came to the house and identified the source of the problem as the water pressure regulator. Brian replaced the regulator, drained and refilled the lines to remove air bubbles. The problem was repaired. Given the age of the house and the location of the problem most contractors would have told me I needed to replace the pipes to the 3rd floor. Brian identified the real problem and in the process saved me a lot of money. Great Job.

I hired Brian to replace a tiled kitchen floor. Brian removed the old floor and also did repairs to the sub floor. Following this, Brian laid a new floor. I am very happy with the job done and the appearance of the new floor.

I had an excellent experience with B.C.G Building Solutions. I needed a repair for a leaking dishwasher at my rental house in Baltimore. Brian was incredibly easy to work with: - Great communication with both me and my tenants. Incredibly professional in person, and sent me updates via text (pictures and videos of the repair). - He was thorough. He did not leave until my tenants and I were satisfied with the service. - Very easy to schedule. This was not an emergency, but he handled the call and appointment very quickly. I would absolutely recommend B.C.G Building Solutions for repairs large and small.

Brian is very prompt in responding to phone/emails. He seems to be a people person, gregarious and takes pride in doing a good job. When I asked some questions about the contract, I, unintentionally, offended him. I was questioning his past experience with installing a mail box , and the process and cost. At that point, it looked like working together might not happen. He, however, agreed to talk on phone, and we were able to clarify issues.He completed the project. I was quite satisfied with the result, but I still questioned the cost. The rating would really be between A and B. This screen didn't give options on other sites. B.C.G. BUILDING SOLUTIONS did a great job on several project’s. They arrived on time and left the work area clean each evening at the end of the day. They repaired some dry wall areas where wallpaper had been removed and screened in my porch.

Very well. Brian and Terry showed up on time without fail, and then would always offer to preview the upcoming day's work and review the prior day's. Both gentlemen were careful about keeping our home as clean upon their departure as it was upon their arrival, and during those couple nights where our bathroom appliances weren't usable due to their necessary temporary removal, they always made every effort to limit these to only one evening, apiece. All in all, BCG did exceptional work in both of the two jobs we hired them for and my wife and I would use the company again with zero hesitation.

Brian, responded within one day to give an estimate. He returned the next day to do the work. He completed the work and would hire again.

If not, they will come out and work with until you are happy with the work. They've done for me a wide array of work, including interior, exterior repairs/remodeling, plumbing, concrete repair, odor mitigation, soundproofing, painting, roof repair, minor electrical, and much more. They always show up on time, and do what they said they were going to do.

I was very impressed by that. I am very happy with everything from top to bottom. A plus on responsiveness, it was the most impressive thing, not only on the toilet but also with the doors.

The Guys showed up on time every day and that impressed me. They didn't take Lunch break They just work all day and they cleaned up very well at the end of the day, each day.
