This went extremely well. Brian Golt and construction partner worked in concert perfectly. They are efficient, effective and competent. Used the best quality materials and creative solutions to problem issues, very pleased and satisfied. Timely completion of all jobs, they stay with it till all is done. Price was very reasonable for the quality of and number of jobs completed. Will definitely be calling him again for future jobs, they have the ability to do just about anything you would want done inside and outside the home.

Brian was friendly and very helpful in the planning process and was willing to come to the site to survey and measure the old door to make sure that the measurements for the new door were accurate. When plans changed midway, he was willing to adjust to keep the project on track. The final installation was done quickly with the small, last minute details given full attention, and I am very pleased with the results. Also, a great job of cleanup was done afterwards.

I reached out to the company and they quickly (within one hour) replied that their availability was 2 weeks away. Since my home is selling in less than 30 days out, I need to hire a different contractor. However, getting a reply from this contractor, especially in less than one hour, speaks volumes about their professionalism (in my experience, many contractors decline jobs just by ignoring the customer).

From the estimate to the completion of project, communication was timely and efficient. Quality of work performed exceeded my expectations and would definitely use his service for future projects.

We have been having problems with our gutters overflowing with water during heavy storms. I called Mr. Golt. Mr. Golt arrived on time and immediately assessed the damage. Mr. Golt discussed with me what work needed to be done to fix issue. We agreed on the work. Mr. Golt fixed the problem that day. My family was very pleased with the results.

Very well. The workmanship was great, They were punctual, cleaned up and were reasonably priced. They also completed everything in 2 days so were efficient and fast. Bryan took time to explain what they were doing and showed the work at different stages of completeness so I could see what was being done. Would definitely use them again- already have sone projects in mind.

The team was punctual (showing up when they said they would) and cleaned up their work area every day. We added some new work once he got started and he was willing to take it on. This was the second time we have hired Bryan and his team. As before, he was super communicative before the project and the contract and timeline were clear. They showed up on time as before and the work was done beautifully. We had a wall that had experienced water damage from a leaky window frame. The work that Bryan did is so beautiful. He repaired the plaster, completely replaced the baseboard and painted. I could not be happier. I will definitely hire Bryan again and HIGHLY recommend him! He understands historic homes in Baltimore. Oh - and he worked on a Saturday so as not to make us wait longer for the service. Totally above and beyond!! Absolutely great. I am so happy with the work that Brian and his asst. have done. Very professional and so nice and neat, I have never seen caulk work done so neat and uniform around the bathtub faucet I would have bet money that it was an O ring and not caulk. I was happy with the price, the quality of work, the professionalism, punctuality, the fact that Brian returned every single one of my calls and text. He explained everything to me in detail and asked me if I had any questions at any time to ask. He went over everything in the contract in detail and asked if I understood it or had any questions before he let me sign it. When . work was completed they left the bathroom cleaner then it was before they started. I would definitely use B C G Building Solutions again and would highly recommend them.

Bryan rescreened numerous window and sliding glass door screens. He was very professional, prompt and more than competitive on price. I have several other jobs that need to be done and will be using him for them.

Brian at B.C.G. Building Solutions has done a number of projects at my house. After being very satisfied with some smaller jobs, I hired B.C.G. to repair several areas of the outside of the house (windows, roof, gutter, etc.) to resolve serious leaks in the house. Brian was the consummate professional throughout the entire process. He was always respectful of the property, and the schedules of the people living there. He came out to provide an estimate, which was clear, fair, and well communicated. He worked with me through some problems getting permits from the city, and was fully committed to the success of the project. The work itself was of high quality, and delivered exactly as promised. Brian also took careful notes and pictures of the before/after work, and identified potential additional work I might want to consider in the future. He wasn't pushy about this - they were merely recommendations from a professional. In all, working with B.C.G. was a great experience, and I hire them again for my next project.

Very professional workmanship. Brian and Terry team well and are really nice guys to work with. They had great ideas to suggest for my projects and the results are excellent. Very neat and precise in completing each of my jobs. Always showed up on time and cleaned up after each job. Very happy with everything done and I would hire again.
