Very thorough. Prepared me in advance for the worst case scenario but once on the scene, only did the work that was necessary, which was quite a bit cheaper than anticipated. Was courteous and knowledgeable and helped me understand the problem in a way that I could comprehend. Have put his name on my rolodex and plan to use him for all future repairs.

Initially I had contacted Doug for an estimate on a gas dryer install, but in the end I needed help with a hot water heater that stopped working. Doug came out to look at it that same evening and was able to fix the problem without having to replace the whole thing....saved me big bucks. Thanks

We went over what I wanted done and he looked over the job and stated his rate and how he charges. After we agreed he stated the job of repacing the kitchen faucets and all the drain pipes. After the faucets were in place he took a shopt break then started on the drain pipes. he replaced all the pipes from the drains to the old iron pipe to main line. fter he finshed he made sure all water lines were working and none including the drain lines were leaking. He gave us a one year warenty on his work. We are please with his work and pricing.
