Excellent customer service and follow-through in terms of providing a timely (and affordable) estimate, plus telephone follow-ups to confirm scheduling. I appreciate that the crew parked the big truck on the street and came to check out the tight surroundings to ensure none of the residents of the several homes on our shared driveway would be blocked from exiting once the truck was in-place to do the work. I would have liked for the tree to be taken down a bit sooner, but it seems Tri-County Tree Service is in high demand--which is a good thing! I submitted a request thru home advisor two nights ago, first thing yesterday morning they tried to contact me. I was busy all day and called them back at 4:45 in the afternoon, Brad came by about 5:15 to give me an estimate. I agreed and when I came home today the tree was gone! Before and after photos - all debris was stacked neatly and tree stump trimmed closer to ground than I even asked them to do. Great Job. Highly recommended!

We've had several giant poplars removed by Tri County. They not only gave us the best price, they are extremely professional, efficient and do excellent work. We highly recommend them.
