Friendly, professional phone/office personnel. Brad the owner showed up on time to give an estimate, was very knowledgeable of trees. The crew showed up on the scheduled day, even though it was drizzly. They cleaned up well after cutting down and removing trees. They left the yard in better shape than they found it.

Punctual and professional... called me mid-day at work to be certain where my septic tank was so they could maneuver their truck safely. Trees dropped perfectly, ground left clean. The price was outstanding for the job, and the $100 discount for a $25 donation to K9s for Warriors charity was sincerely appreciated. Brad responded quickly with site survey detailing tree locations, power lines, house and outbuilding to ensure obstacles identified. Promptly provided bid. Becca repeatedly kept me up to date on planned schedule, weather delays and tree crew's arrival times. All work done in an hour; courteous and professional crew thoroughly cleaned up yard and driveway-- better than I could have done, a very pleasant surprise. Would rehire for future work. The project involved 8 trees and was supposed to be a two day job, but was not completed for a week. Instructions were not followed by work crew. This is my second experience with this company and I will not use them again.

They take advantage of the disabled elderly. Damaged front, side and back yard with heavy equipment. As tree fell, it hit my oak tree, ripping off three branches. Would not use them again for any reason.
