They were initially very responsive, but then it took a month between the time I agreed to the proposal to schedule it and complete the work.

We have used Tri-County Tree for years and they always take good care of our trees on our property. Cannot thank them enough.

Tri-County Tree Service did an excellent job removing several trees from our yard including some very tall ones, and trimming branches from existing trees. The crew was courteous, skillful, and well-organized. For the large trees, a specialized machine was used that cut and removed the tree without damaging any nearby trees. Branches and limbs were put in a wood-chipper and hauled away, and any remaining debris was quickly picked up and removed. We were very pleased with Tri-County Tree Service and highly recommend them.

We had 3 trees removed with stumps ground and dead limbs removed from other trees in our recreational area. The men were professional and timely. We will definitely be back to this company for tree work. They are awesome!

5/9/18 Received quote for $3,350 for an oak tree to be removed, a large sycamore to be pruned, and two white pines to be pruned. 9/11/18 Scheduled start date. They showed up on sight, but were not able to start because they did not have the correct equipment to do the job. 9/14/18 Cut off limbs of tree that was going to be cut down. Small debris removed, large limbs left behind. 9/16/18 Pruned tress that were on the contract to be pruned. Small debris removed, more large limbs left behind. Tall trunk of oak tree left standing. 9/17/18 Final invoice sent by Tri-County by email. 9/21/18 I sent Tri-County an email asking when they were going to finish the job. They respond saying they will let me know that weekend when they can finish. They were under the assumption that they only needed to haul off the limbs. I informed them the rest of the oak tree still needed to be cut down. No correspondence from Tri-County until 11/29/18. 10/18 Paid a 3rd party to remove large debris to avoid any drainage issues on my property. 11/29/18 Tri-County sends an email with final invoice, saying the balance is 60 days past due. I responded asking when they showed the job was completed. I got a phone call from Tri-County, they did not know that the job still hadnâ t been finished, and they would get back with me to let me know when they would finish. No correspondence from Tri-County until 3/18/19. 3/18/19 Tri-County send an email that they will be out on 4/11/19 to finish the job. I respond that this process has taken to long, and their services are no longer wanted. 3/18/19 I receive a call from the owner of Tri-County. He apologizes for the delays and lack of communication. He tells me that the lead guy who worked on our job passed away a few days after they were last at my place. He says they were unable to find his job notes, and did not realize that had not been completed. He tells me that he will send me a revised price with a â significant discount for the delays and for having to pay a 3rd party to remove the large limbs. He says he will send me pictures once the work is completed. I never got anything from them until 4/1/19 3/31/19 Family friend informs me that the tree has finally been cut down. Not sure when this was actually done, as I was under the assumption that they would be out on 4/11/19 to finish the job, and need a signed work order. I had not received updated pricing. 4/1/19 Tri-County sends final invoice with a discount of $150 due to the wood removed and the delay. Email states they now charge a 3% fee for CC payments, and ask for me to leave a review on several websites.

They even took down an extra tree and the estimate for the additional work was just as reasonable. The crew was very professional and they cleaned all debris from the yard and driveway. They worked as a team to support each other so there was no downtime for any of the trees that we had removed or trimmed. We are extremely pleased with the entire job. Hottest day of the summer and these guys were like machines! Just kept going and going. They made sure I was ok with how much they took off and had no problem taking off more branches.

Tri County Tree Service did an outstanding job removing five trees from my property. Brad provided a very reasonable estimate for the work to be accomplished and included a military discount (thanks). On the scheduled date the crews arrived on-time ready for a full workday. Prior to starting the lead crewman walked the property with me to ensure the trees would be dropped with the least disruption. When the job was complete, all trees were successfully removed except one. The location it was dropped was wet due to previous heavy rain. The crew did not want to rut the land. They asked my permission to remove at a later date. They wanted the job completed properly. Once the land dried out the crews showed up on time to remove the last tree. I give Tri County my highest recommendation. I will use them next season to trim back several trees.
