I do not like them. I have to pay them $60 every time they come out regardless of whether there is anything wrong or not. I feel that their price is all right only if there is something to fix. They decide whether an item is under warranty or not. The wires in the attic were touching a metal piece, and the wires were freed, but they said that the wires were not under warranty. They are pretty quick. I never get to talk to a person at their office, and it is always a machine, but I like to talk to a person some times.
Description of Work: Shields Air Conditioning Service assigned someone to come and fix my air conditioner. We have a warranty contract with them.

They do have any follow thru and a lack of professionalism. They will make you believe they will be at your house, and then never show up! They are very untrustworthy! They never returned my phone calls after the work. They only showed up for the first time and they didn't show up after the first day.
Description of Work: They were supposed to fix my air conditioner. He said it was a compacitor issue. After they came, I was without air conditioning just 5 days later.
