Milton was very nice and professional. He did what he could to plug the holes and laid down traps. We had a few holes behind the cabinet and dishwasher that required drywall work that he couldn't do, but he told us where the problem areas were. We brought in a handyman to close out the remaining holes. All in all, it was a successful visit as we have not seen any furry friends since.

Highly recommend this service provider, he was very friendly, professional, and easy to work with.

It went well... I have already found a mouse in my home and the technician came in removed the mouse and set up traps to assess whether or not there were more and how it may have accessed the interior of my home. A return visit was performed and no more mice.

The company did an excellent job. They were polite and very responsive.

We had a problem with a few roaches in the house - but they were BIG roaches (not babies). MTB came out and checked out the problem and accurately diagnosed that they were not in the house, but entering through the sewage pipes in the basement. They placed some traps in the basement and treated all the sewage pipes so that the roaches would die BEFORE entering the house (which I completely appreciated). Within a week, all we saw were dead roaches. Within a month, we did not see another roach at all, not even in the basement. It has been about 7 months and we are still roach free, so the problem has not come back. This is my second time using this company. I previously used them for a different property - both times they were extremely professional.

That went excellent. He was on time and did the exterior pest treatment for us. I did not see pest after they were done, which was good. I was here when he did the work too.

In the beginning he was very responsive but once he got to my home, despite my telling home that I live in a 4 story townhome with no access to the attic, he came with a small ladder looked around and left. Instead of just telling me he wouldn't be able to take care of the problem, he suggested putting out traps on the ground in an area where squirrels are all over. at $250/ caught rodent, I would have gone broke. I called him back later and he would never return any calls. Totally unprofessional. maybe he is great with business that is related to in home, easy to access areas but certainly would recommend someone else.

He was on the phone most of the time talking to other customers. He put down some mouse traps. He went upstairs to check kitchen and told that there was no problems. The stove was too heavy so he said he couldn't move it. When asked about guarantee that the mice problem will go away, his response was there was not guarantee. His traps caught 3 mice. Several weeks after his visit, we started to see mice upstairs in the kitchen. I have been using mouse trap to catch mice. I caught 7 mice in the kitchen and basement after he left. My conclusion is professional service is not better than doing it myself.

The guy was very nice and knowledgable. I still hear mice running around a bit but we dont see them any more where we did before, and the roaches are diminished in population too it seems. I look forward to the day when I have no mice or roaches!

MTB Pest Control was fine. They were good. They did an excellent job. They were on time. I haven't seen a mouse since.

I sent an email one day and had a phone message the next. MTB provided the service on my first available day.(there were a couple days when I wasn't going to be home). Since I'd had an excellent pest service in the past who has since moved to St Mary's County and retired, I grilled Mr. Brown about all aspects of the service. He had the right answers, which gave me confidence in him. I was very pleased with his services and plan to use MTB on a yearly basis.

I used MBT in 2012 when I noticed brown "blasts" on my fascia boards. I thought the geese had unloaded. MBT informed me the "blasts" were the carpenter bee's excrement. They were extremely knowledgeable about carpenter bees. MBT was able to tell me when they come, how they damage the wood around ones home, and what can be done to eradicate them. MBT will get the call this Spring for the annual spraying. Oh, yeah, they even cleaned the "blasts" left by the bees!

Overall fine job, however, only spent 15 min at house and I still have problems with a particular type of bug that I asked them about.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. That went very well. They set up some corrective measures. He was professional and polite the whole time. He was on time, on budget, the whole thing.

Very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Both providers were very professional.

They were easy to make an appointment with and arrived promptly, when scheduled. they were courteous and professional, and careful not to track anything through the house. Unfortunately, they did come back in January. I found them extremely responsive, professional and courteous. They have changed their name to "Pest Now"

In and out in an hour. Treated all 3 floors. told me to purchase a sealant for gap on basement floor and outside wall.

Full home preventative pest inspection and spray.

Mr Brown was on time and did a good job. After he sprayed for the carpenter ants, we didn't see them again. It helped that we caught the problem early. He was very sweet with my young son, who insisted on showing him his train table. He said he had a number of grandchildren, so he understood.

Worked great--noticeably fewer insects/spiders. Were on time and did the job quickly.
