He called me to let me know the work was done and the traps were put down. His work was quick, however I had a problem with the follow up. I asked if I could pay with a check because I like having a record of the payment, but he said he preferred payment with credit card. I asked if he could send me a receipt and I texted him my address, and he didn't send it. As I never received it, I texted him and asked for it again. About a week ago, I still had not received it, so I called him and he said that he did send it before, but I have not received it. I just wish he would have followed through as he said he would as I need it for my records.

Very nice young man (Milton T. Brown III) knew his craft. He did a top notch job. I was very pleased with his work.

They showed up on time and was professional. He did great work. He got it done and explained things.

When we purchased our home in August we were told by the inspector that we had a wasp problem. We asked the owners to have it taken care of as a condition of the sale. When we returned for the closing it appeared to be corrected. We moved in a few weeks ago (Christmas) and in 3 weeks we had killed 2 wasps in the house. We just moved here from the UK and I had no idea who to call to deal with this. Angie's list to the rescue. I called MTB Pest Control and he scheduled a visit within 48 hours (he would have come sooner, but I had an appointment the following day). Mr. Brown was very knowledgeable and took care of the problem straightaway. Did not try to sell me additional services, but told me to watch in March and let him know if they reappeared. I felt completely confident in his assessment of the problem and I felt that the cost was reasonable. I would recommend.

Overall I am pleased with the service provided. The representative was friendly and did not take long to complete their services. I did not see any trace of insects after the spraying with the exception of a few dead spiders. The chemical and traps used were effective and I receive quotes for the same service at a much higher price.

They did a good job and everything went well.

I had bought a deal for treatment of ants and when the exterminator arrived and conducted the inspection, it was found to be termite trouble, not ant trouble. I was quoted a price for the termite treatment that was a bit higher than an advertised termite treatment from another company that I had just received from Angie's List. The exterminator matched the deal that was being offered by the other company so I agreed to use MTB for this job. The only frustrating issue in all of this (other than the fact that it was termites instead of ants) was actually scheduling the treatment. This is why I gave them a "B" in responsiveness. It took a couple of scheduling and re-scheduling because one of the MTB owners was sick and not available. But finally MTB came and they couldn't be more competent and professional. I highly recommend them and would certainly use them again (scheduling issue notwithstanding).

He was punctual and friendly. He explained that there were some areas that he could not plug because of tight spacing. Unfortunately, there were still mice after a week or two. In the end, I paid someone $150 that I could have done myself in 15 minutes.

It went very well. Technician was knowledgeable and prompt and most importantly the service was effective.

After scoping the pest problem, the representative described what needed to be done and emphasized their vast experience. He reminded me at the beginning and the end that there was a fee for his estimate. He said he had to take pictures and confer with his father and uncle to determine a course of action and the problem could be resolved over the weekend. I paid him his fee for walking the problem down and the promise of an estimate. Never heard from him again. Called several times and was once contacted by the father who assured me I would get a return call. Called again. No response. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. If you don't wish to do the work or are unqualified, seems like you would respond accordingly. I felt like I was fleeced for the estimate fee with no intention of ever doing the work.

Called on a Sat. morning and Milton was at my house about 1.5 hours later, at the time he said he would arrive. Milton was very friendly and clearly explained the options available. Prior to MTB's visit, we had an ongoing ant problem that was getting worse and worse - since the day he applied the treatment inside and out (which has been two weeks) haven't seen a single ant in our house!

He’s been great! He’s very friendly, very respectful, and very prompt. At the beginning of the spring, I had bugs appearing in my basement. He came out for the first treatment and treated the outside and inside. He promptly called at the beginning of the next quarter to see if I needed another treatment. I was able to get an appointment the next day. The price was very reasonable for what I've received.

Mr. Brown made a complete inspection of every corner of my home, garage and outside. Traps were placed at various locations. He did not find evidence of infestation. Now we have to wait and see. Mr. Brown was through, highly professional and courteous. He arrived on time and immediately proceeded with the job. I would definitely recommend his company to anyone needing pest control services. Job well done.

Milton is a nice guy and very personable. I just wasn't happy w/ the difficulty in scheduling the work in a timely manner. Especially once the squirrel was in the trap!

Milton took my call at 9 am on Sunday, which was also Fathers Day. He asked me a few questions and then told me he had two appointments but would try to fit me in between. He explained the process and told me the cost - $380 which included a follow up appointment one week after the initial treatment. He showed up an hour a half after I first called and sprayed everything thoroughly. Not only is he an incredibly nice guy, he solved our problem. Definitely recommend.

Milton T. Brown was punctual, polite and the treatment was done in a timely manner. Mr. Brown was respectful as well. I would recommend his service and call him again if needed in the future.

Milton was very timely and thorough. I asked him to come back in 30 days to check everything, and make sure the mice are gone.

I saw some flying bugs crawling out from the siding on my house. I snapped a quick photo. When I checked on it the next day, they were gone. I was afraid they might be termites, so I called MTB to set up an appointment. (They were the only ones I found open on Sunday.) I spoke with Milton and he said he could come out the following morning. It would cost $75 for the inspection and that would be applied to the cost of any treatment. He asked me about the bugs and I sent him the photo. He confirmed that they were flying ants, not termites, and wouldn't do any damage to the house (hooray!). He told me about a couple treatment options, but I'm okay with harmless bugs so I decided not to do them. I can rest easy now and am so grateful for his help. I feel kind of badly that he ended up just giving free advice, but he'll be top on my list the next time I have any pest problems.

We got a different date than what we wanted which was fine but when the time rolled around for the appointment they never showed up. so we contacted them and they said nothing so we found some else and we told MTB we no longer need your services and guess what they messaged me right away asking when can we set up an appointment. overall very bad experience and horrible customer service i would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

I called Milton on Friday afternoon and he was at my home early Saturday morning. He checked all through my home - in and under cabinets, in closets, under seat cushions, garage. He checked to see where my home was sealed tight and where it wasn't. He found evidence of activity in areas I hadn't been aware of. He explained what he was doing as he went, and he helped my document what he found. He was far more careful and thorough than an exterminator I'd had out before. He set traps and baited. I've used other exterminators, but Milton really impressed me with his specialized knowledge, his initiative and his thoroughness. I want very much to solve my problem and feel he's helped significantly. I took an extra card to give to my neighbor. I'd use him again and highly recommend him to anyone.

We really liked the man who did the service. We got a termite inspection as our first service with them. He was prompt and courteous and the inspection was fine. At that time, we also purchased another visit for him to do a mosquito control. They notified us that they were coming and let us know when they had arrived. They went outside and sprayed.

He was very nice. He came out quickly. He didn't want to do anything. He did put traps out. He said he would have to move all the bookcases but that it's not worth it. He said he would come back. He never came or called back. It wasn't worth anything.
