+ -1 moreMr. Howell was always very nice and honest about whether the equipment should be repaired or replaced, based upon cost of parts/labor versus a new installation. Would definitely use him again and recommend to others.
Description of Work: On two different occasions, Mr. Howell checked washer and dryers for repair as well as a stove. He researched parts and gave advice whether to repair or replace the parts - checking to see if he already had parts or needed new parts.

Description of Work: I have use Howell Services for over 20 years. It was first run by his father and now the son. Howell Service repair large app;iances, washer, dryer, stove refigurator. I have used him for all of the above. If the repair cost more than he think should be sent on the machine, he will tell you so, but he will leave the decision to you. His prices are excellent. You will be please with him.

Description of Work: He repaired my dishwasher. He also fixed my refrigerator which was leaking water.

+ -1 moreTHEY CAME AND TOOK THE UNIT AWAY TO FIX. THEY KEPT IT FOR SEVERAL MONTHS, WHEN I DID FINALLY GET BACK TO ME IT WASN'T FIXED AND THEY WOULD NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS. THEY STILL HAVE NOT RESOLVED THE ISSUE.
