First Rayt Cleaners

I purchased two cleaning sessions with this company through groupon for a good price. When i was able to speak with someone from the company they were polite, courteous and helpful. Before I purchased the groupon I contacted them to make sure they would come to my house, which was right outside the beltway, and not charge a pet fee, since my pet does not shed. They agreed to both. After I purchased I tried to schedule an appointment. The first thing I had to do was fill out a form. That was fine. Then they told me I could not schedule more than one week in advance since they did all their scheduling on Fridays for the following week. I finally got a date scheduled, but then was told I'd have to pay a $10 fee for being outside the beltway and a $15 pet fee before they would come out and clean. They sent it as a calendar invite, not an email. The invitation was last minute, but it was for the time I requested. I sent an email asking to have the pet fee waived as my dog does not shed. They did not respond. Instead, they cancelled my cleaning session without telling me. The groupon did not mention a fee for distance or pet. It also did not mention you had to provide the vacuum cleaner. I would recommend staying away from this company because of the hassle of scheduling, the non-responsiveness of the company and the adding on of fees and materials after the initial quote.

I will never use this company again. It took me OVER A MONTH to get an appointment, and I purchased a groupon for three cleanings, and I won't even be able to use the last two b/c I cannot get on their calendar. They only take "appointments" via email (or at least that's what they told me), and during email communication was offered a date/time slot. When I responded to accept the proposed date/time, she had already given it away. The only plus was the ladies showed up early. They didn't supply their own vaccuum cleaner (I found this very odd) and one lady spilled clorox bleach onto a bathroom rug and ruined it.

They did a very average job and seemed in a rush to get out. They gave everything a once over but did not really clean anything that made a huge difference. The stainless steel looked great but the floor was still dirty in spots when they left.

It was an average cleaning service. There was nothing exceptional about them. The biggest thing was their turn around time. They time get back to me to schedule the appointment was very long.
