Where do I start. Water valve was leaking and my warranty company sent them. Had to call and see when they were actually coming out and they did to collect their $100 trade fee call. Drew came out on a Monday and said he needed parts and will give me a Tuesday to let me know what the warranty company covers. I DID NOT HEAR BACK FROM HIM. So I called him directly on Wednesday and he stated the work has been approved and he needs parts and will give me a call to schedule another appoint. It is now Friday and I still haven't heard back from him. So I called and he stated he is still in need of one more part and will give me a call next week when he has everything, I called him on Monday to get the status he says he can come on Tuesday between 9 &10. 10:30 AM on Tuesday NO DREW. I called to see if he was still coming out and no he can't make it and says he should have called me early but he still needs parts and can come out on Friday at noon. Friday at noon comes and still NO DREW. so I called the company directly the guy answers and says maybe he had a family emergency I can give you his cell. I called his cell it rung twice before he sent me to voicemail. DREW NEVER SHOWED UP TO COMPLETE ANY WORK THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I ended up calling the warranty company again asking to have a new company come out.

Not privy to details but resolved satisfactory pursuant to WSSC requirements. Service has been performed by a licensed, approved vendor and Capital City Plumbing was selected based upon being an approved plumber licensed to provide the needed services.

Overall, pretty seamless. Since it wasn't a plumbing emergency (I couldn't use the kitchen sink the rest of the day, or the disposal, obviously.), I was amenable to having the service person come the next day. I wouldn't describe the staff as overly friendly but they were professional. I would prefer efficient and exact to having a glowing personality. After all, they are hired for their skills. I liked them enough to hire them again the following year.

Clean installation and very professional.

I have used him for three years now and have always been satisfied! He has installed and fixed out sump pump. He has always been available when we have had emergencies. He is always my first call.

I think Capital City Plumbing is competent and knowledgeable. Bob was very thorough and responsive. He and his colleague Drew here very concerned with assisting you and getting to the root of the problem. They are very available and accessible. They were always available when I called. They also return calls promptly. I really like them. Their quote was a little higher than another company. I'd give them an A in all areas.
