Great job. Have hired the company for twice a month cleanings.

The service provided was excellent and both ladies were just great. They were very kind and courteous and very interested in ensuring everything was cleaned well. We would definitely use their service again when needed and we highly recommend them.

They cleaned the floors, dusted, cleaned sinks and bathrooms. They were courteous. I was really pleased with them. They were punctual and interacted with me great. There were two cleaners that came for the job. It felt very clean walking back into the home.

Service was great. They were responsive and punctual. They do a fantastic job. They are on time and are courteous and responsive. The home office calls back in a reasonable about of time. For me I love they way they clean. The pricing is very reasonable.

It went very well. Two workers came to complete the services. It took about 5 hours to complete the service. They received the "A" because they were thorough. They treated my home and myself very well and didn't break anything.

I have used this company for about 2 years. When I originally began using them I had a standing 12:30 appointment, every other Wednesday. This appointment was generally kept and the cleaning was acceptable. Over the past 6 months or so they have begun a practice of giving me a window 12:30-2:30, I have told them I need and want my agreed appointment time and I've been essentially told this is our policy now, so sorry.

They arrived on time and did a fine job. We used an Angie's deal, price was good. Cost for bimonthly house cleaning seemed a bit high.

They have done the initial cleaning and come twice for cleanings. Ny wife is very picky and she was very pleased.

Mercedes and Betty were amazing! They were very nice, and they got right to work. I'm still marveling at the cleaning magic they did in the house. I highly recommend Skilled Maids.

They have always given good service but last week our two ladies (Gloria and Roxana) were better than ever we have had. I just wanted to update Skilled Maids that these two were exceptional - my wood floors have never looked better. Thank you ladies.

Two people arrived on time and worked hard and continuously for the entire period. Because of the size of the house and thoroughness of the work, we needed to add on another hour and the price was still very reasonable for the effort completed. We were very pleased with the service and plan to use them on a more frequent basis now that our initial cleaning was done.

2 person crew worked for 4 hrs to help get ready for the holidays. Very polite and efficient. We were pleased with the results and will probably use them in the future.

We've had Skilled Maids as our housecleaning service organization for some time now. They started out well, but as time went on, the teams who came in began conducting the cleanings in manners that started damaging my home. Within the last few months, those damages included damage to my hallway walls as the result of their tools falling down and sliding against the walls in the process, discovering scratches on furniture which had been bumped up against with those same tools, and bleaching found on a new set of bathroom towels, which had JUST been replaced to reflect a bathroom facelift not even a month ago. After we discovered each issue, I notified the company and was told that they would address it with the teams responsible, but whether that occurred, I do not have any ability to measure. We have since terminated their cleaning services as of this last cleaning, as the damages they continued to accrue against my home became not worth allowing them to continue providing us with their service.

After trying Skilled Maids through Angies list I've committed to using them for periodic cleaning. I couldn't be happier. They do a great job each time. I would highly recommend their cleaning services. Gloria and Quedes were the ladies that came this time. Also had Lupe. I love how friendly and professional they are.

Horribly. I don't know if the workers were tired or what, but they did not bring their best to this job. After they purportedly finished, I inspected their work and immediately noticed a number of serious problems. The primary problem concerned the tile floors (in the kitchen and all bathrooms). The floors literally looked as if they hadn't been cleaned at all! Instead of assuming that they didn't clean the floors (which was my suspicion), I asked what they had used to clean them with. One lady began to give a series of convoluted answers. I asked her if she used a mop, and she said no. She eventually walks over to her supplies and pulls out a single, dirty towel. I was in shock! I asked if she had just used the towel on her hands and knees, and she said yes. No wonder the floors looked as they did! There had been no effort to mop them (and they certainly hadn't swept them because they came with no broom). I then asked what she had put on the towel to clean the floors (because it wasn't clear to me that any water had been used), and she first said bleach. I was incredulous that she'd use bleach on my tile floors. Then she quickly changed her tune and said she'd cleaned it with soap, and then proceeded to walk over to my under-sink cabinet and pull out my own Dawn dish detergent!!! (First of all, I didn't give her permission to clean my floor with dish detergent and a towel, let alone to do a sorry job in the process.) Needless to say, I was quite confused (as to why they hadn't swept and mopped my floor), and I pointed out several of the dirty areas on various tiles. To that, the lady replied that if I wanted to pay for extra time to have the floors cleaned, I could. That is when I immediately stopped and called the company owner, because I was not about to pay for EXTRA time when I had not even received the service promised under the "Top to Bottom" cleaning list (and the service I previously received months ago). The owner was nice and responsive, and she listened to my concerns before eventually asking to speak directly with the worker. The worker told a series of ..."half-truths" -- so many that by the time I was speaking back with the owner again, I couldn't even remember them all to address them. Apparently she told the owner that she had mopped the floor, and that she had used dish detergent because there was so much "grease" on the floor. That is a lie. I do not cook with grease. I do not fry foods period (why? because I was burned about 10 years ago from a grease splatter and I swore it off completely). There is no grease in my house, or on my floor. Apparently, she also told the owner that she wanted to use bleach, but could not because I was "allergic." At no time did I ever discuss allergies of any kind, let alone an allergy to bleach (if there even is such a thing) with her. She simply made that up -- quite inexplicably. These are a few of the misrepresentations being made to the owner while she and her partner hurriedly tried to go over some of the problem areas I pointed out to them. (By that point, I had only pointed out a few of my concerns. I didn't even get to address every single issue they had left undone.) See below for a list of all the problems I found in the wake of paying for a so-called Top-to-Bottom cleaning. The problems with the asterisks are those that I did no even discovered until after the workers had left. I'm annoyed that I have all these little issues all around my home, after having paid for the most intensive, extensive service offered by the company. PROBLEM LIST 1. Living Room - dirt left (or pushed?) under sofa (visible when standing in room and facing sofa) 2. Living Room - hit back of my white front door with vacuum cleaner and didn't remove mark 3. Kitchen - tile floor was not swept or mopped; tile and grout left dirty 4. Kitchen - granite countertops left dirty 5. Finished Basement - tile floor not swept or mopped in bathroom; grout and tile left dirty 6. Finished Basement - tile floor not swept or mopped in hallway; grout and tile left dirty 7. Finished Basement - cobweb left in hall corner 8. Master Bedroom - smudge/fingerprint left on mirror* and dirt left on various parts of floor* 9. Guest Bedroom - dirt left on various parts of wood floor* 10. Master Bathroom - blinds left in disarray* 11. Master Bathroom - soap spot left on shower floor* 12. Master Bathroom - shower handle left dirty* 13. Guest Bathroom - dirt left on floor and under bathroom rugs* (Note: I have posted some pictures below, though I don't have the best camera so the pictures don't really do the situation full justice.) I have spoken with two different manager/owners by phone about this experience, and both were professional and courteous in receiving my feedback. One manager told me that my home could be re-cleaned if I wasn't satisfied, but that the only catch was that it would have to be done by the same two people. Even though I was thoroughly dissatisfied with this job, I was not interested in having these same two individuals come to my home in light of the way things ended up (with them having to work overtime after I called the supervisor about the problems). It was an awkward situation for all of us, and I just can't imagine having these same two individuals back. Despite the carelessness of these particular two workers, I was willing to give the company another chance because (1) the owner/managers were responsive and (2) I've seen other cleaning crews do an excellent job. So I decided not to cancel my pre-scheduled cleaning for January, but rather to give them one additional chance to return to the level of service that is being promised. (That said, I agreed to do this before finding the additional problems with the asterisks above. Sigh...) In sum, if this had been my first experience with the company, I very likely would have withheld payment until the owner came in and viewed their work (especially the floors, which I only have a few photos of) in person, and I would not ever use them again or recommend that others use them. But it is a testament to the quality of some of their other cleaning teams, and the professionalism of the managers/owners, that I'm even considering giving this company another try.

This service did not work out for me, as I paid for a service that did not reflect the quality or detailed cleaning as promised. I would not recommend this cleaning to my family or friends.

They did an excellent job, were very thorough, detailed and focused on getting everything done. They were professional and stayed and cleaned for exactly the amount of hours we paid for. We will likely continue regular services with Skilled Maids.

It worked out really well. No it didn't cost anything additional. I can actually tell you the day of service was the 8th. Because they worked with our work schedule so it was the 8th of September. I believe they said that they were running behind but they let us know in advance and that actually worked with our schedule.
