Description of Work: They clean our house bi-weekly. This is the best service we have ever hired. Very flexible if we need to change days or get an extra cleaning. House looks great after they visit.

Description of Work: The cleaning was thorough. I do plan to use this service again and would recommend to others. I purchased a Angie deal that was somewhere around 225. The ladies who cleaned our house cleaned everything - all the rooms, the floors, the dusting, the baseboards and even the kitchen appliances. It was cleaned the way I would clean if I had the time, energy and patience. There was just a little issue with the scheduling but they made up for it in the service they provided.

Description of Work: While a little pricy, the service was definitely worth it. The maid service was fantastic and they cleaned everything to a very high standard. Their rates for routine service are very reasonable.

Description of Work: Scheduling is always confusing (dates are fine, but hours are all over the place). But when the crew shows up, the work is done well, quickly, and they really pay attention to instructions and special requests.

Description of Work: Skilled Maids advised there would be extra costs associated with this deal and then was slow to respond to my questions about additional costs and scheduling. I decided to find another service provider.

Description of Work: They did a thorough cleaning however a soap dish was chipped and a door get some colored dye on it from the removal of decals from a mirror. The girls cleaning never showed or mentioned these issues at the time.

Description of Work: I felt they tried to do them min. They said they were sending 3 maids, and one gald was the daughter of one of the maids. I did not find her any of them very effective or go out of their way to do their very best. They were expensive and because of all of this I would not use them again.

Description of Work: This Skilled Maids team cleaned the bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, and kitchen. They did not do windows at my direction (extra cost), however they did dust the blinds. Very efficient and very professional!
