Description of Work: The cleaners came, knew what to do and did it. I was impressed by their professionalism. They needed very little direction. | |I felt that they would have cleaned well without access to my cleaning supplies but that they were glad to have the use of them.

Description of Work: Skilled maids performed a move in cleaning on a 1350 sq ft home. They quoted 3 hours for the work. Not only did they finish in 2 hours, but they showed up early and did an incredibly thorough job! I was very happy and will likely use their services again soon!

Description of Work: I hired Skilled Maids to clean my house for Christmas. They had a very tough job as I was at the end of a kitchen remodel with all the associated dust and dirt. They did an excellent job dealing with a difficult situation. The only negative comment I can make was that they were approximately 20 minutes past the end of the time window I was given. That said, I would hire them again!

Description of Work: Skilled Maids' cleaning crew did an excellent job with the 'Whole House' clean deal. My one suggestion for the owner is that the secretary, "Connie", communicate better with customers by 1)Providing courtesy telephone calls with updates as to when the cleaning crew will arrive & 2) Contacting customers, by TELEPHONE, to confirm appointment dates (Connie's email messages came across as pushy).

Description of Work: The provider cleaned the house really well but the price seemed a bit steep.

Description of Work: Rec'd email today for service to be provided next Tuesday, 1/6/2015, indicating that they wanted more money to clean my home because it is larger than 200 sq. feet even though I told them that the living room and one bedroom are empty. I told them to cancel the deal. Very disappointed.

Description of Work: General deep clean of my house. Haven't had professional cleaning in a while. Good work. Good attention to detail. I would use them again. They sent a team of two and stayed 4.5 hours. I was very happy with the result.

Description of Work: We have Skilled Maids clean our home every other week, and have had them for about 2 or 3 years (I've lost count). They are punctual, always arrive every other week like clockwork, and clean our house very well and very carefully. They do it all: clean/wash bathrooms, dust all surfaces, wash floors, vacuum, etc.

Description of Work: They cleaned my home. Went well though too expensive to use again!! I usually pay $150 for this service with Angies List, not $250. They were very good but no difference in what they did compared to the $150 folks.

Description of Work: This was a package for 9 hours cleaning. Two people came and stayed for 4.5 hours. They dusted, cleaned floors and bathrooms and baseboards, etc. I will probably hire them to come on a monthly basis. I was pleased with there work.

Description of Work: The maids did a great job cleaning various areas in my home. They cleaned bathrooms, bedrooms, and the kitchen, including floors, blinds and ceiling fans. Great job!
