Description of Work: Ordered service last week and spoke to Connie who confirmed that they could perform the service. Gave her the exact location and confirmed that they serviced this area. Response was yes. Called this morning because they did not tell me what time they would be here. Per company, they had no driver and did not know, and the location is farther than expected. Claimed they did not know when they could get here and could not give me an estimated time of arrival. I took off work for this nonsense.

Description of Work: This is the 2nd time we used this company. They did a very thorough job! They cleaned 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, living rom, dining room, study & kitchen, including washing the hardwood floors, for $140, which I thought was very reasonable. The company sent 3 women, all of whom worked very hard for 3 hours to get everything done. Great service!

Description of Work: They did a fantastic "move-in/out" cleaning so I can start showing my rental property. The previous tenants left a terrible mess, but it looks great now, even the fridge, oven, and shower that I was worried about. there was even a table that looked really scuzzy and I intended to throw out, but it looks so clean now, I'm keeping it.
