Description of Work: They did an excellent job cleaning the house. It was cleaner than when we moved in. They got lost getting there, so they were a bit late. But they were very professional and like I said, they did wonders to that house and it was nice and clean for our moving out of it. We were very impressed!

Description of Work: I purchased your "big deal" for Deep Housecleaning with Skilled Maids. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with their service. My entire home was spotless when they left and the cleaning crew was responsive and wonderful. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They were somewhat less thorough than some other maid services. However, they did a good job in general.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List deal for 9 hours of cleaning, which meant three people for three hours (as advertised), to use in my house which I had just bought. They did a nice job, though they didn't totally follow instructions. For example, I asked them to skip a room because I knew I was going to replace the carpet, but they went in and vacuumed it. I would have preferred they spent that time focusing on the appliances/bathrooms, which was the whole reason I purchased the cleaning. They did still get to those areas, but I felt they wasted some time. Overall I would recommend them - they were very friendly and professional and did do a nice job!

Description of Work: Skilled Maids provided a move out clean. The house had been cleaned thoroughly about 4 weeks prior (a deep, move out clean by another company prior to showing the house) so there wasn't anything too dirty. The cleaning was fine, not great, and though I asked for some specific items to be cleaned that hadn't been cleaned before, these did not get done though I was told they would be. Overall, a decent, basic clean. The women showed up on time, stayed the full amount of time, and were very polite. Since there was no furniture in the house, I can't comment on how they would do a normal type of cleaning.

Description of Work: They were punctual and thorough. My house hadn't been professionally cleaned in a year and they were very careful to get behind and above everything that was within reach.
