Description of Work: We bought a deal for a deep clean and the crew did such a good job that we've hired them to keep coming. So nice and so efficient! We have yet to be disappointed in any way with the quality of the work. Sometimes scheduling gets confusing and we'll get a reminder of the wrong date or go too long if there's a snow day, but they are always very responsive when I e-mail to sort it out.

Description of Work: They came when they said they would and the work was very well done. My house was spotless.

Description of Work: A tiny bit pricier than competitors, but the professionalism and quality of the cleaning was well worth it. Skilled Maids are now my household regular cleaning provider.

Description of Work: They were in such a hurry that they caused all sorts of damage, including disrupting my computer and phone services, leaving all of my picture frames askew, pushing lamps against walls so the shades were also askew. It took me 3 days to get my things back in order.

Description of Work: We purchased a 9 man-hour "deep clean" with this provider. The team was polite and some things they did very well, but a few items were handled in a sloppy fashion. First, the team arrived without notice 1 1/2 hours earlier than scheduled, and even though we said we were not ready, gave us the impression that they were unwilling to come back later. After the team left, we found things like a large puddle of water in the bathroom where the team had not adequately dried the floor after washing it, dirty spots on the kitchen counter, and an incorrectly reassembled shelf in the refrigerator: the team member cleaning the refrigerator apparently forgot where an important shelf support rod had come from, and instead of notifying us, shoved the "extra" part into the back of the refrigerator where it nearly scratched the side walls. We did notify the owner of the company of these issues and received an apology for the errors, saying that she would speak with the team in question.

Description of Work: I purchased their 9-hour $250 deep cleaning. I limited the work to where it was needed most and they were able to finish it all. They missed reading my request to clean the refrigerator and the stove and hood, but did it pleasantly when I pointed it out to them.
