Skilled Maids

Great! They were able to fit me in the very next day, communicated beautifully, showed up promptly, and did a very thorough job. They took a lot of care to clean areas that were hard to reach and hadn't gotten much attention in my personal cleaning, like corners and baseboards. The cleaners were very nice and conscientious!

They come out every week. Well they do a good job. They required very little supervision.They anticipate needs and they're very nice to work with.

Went really well. They showed up exactly on time. They did leave about 15-20 minutes before their hours were up, and I wish they had asked if there was anything else that needed to be done. I could have used that last little bit of time. They then sat in the driveway until they were scheduled to leave. But the work they do is always phenomenal, and they are so good at the little touches that make the house look even better. (Making flowers out of the tissue, making the bed, organizing items on a shelf after dusting, etc). Their attention to detail is amazing. We had Lara and Raquel this time, but everyone has done a great job. We'll continue to hire Skilled Maids whenever we need help keeping the house in order.

I love these ladies. The house always look phenomenal. They are very reliable, efficient, timely, and friendly. I have a standing commitment with these ladies once a month.

The ladies that arrived were very professional and sweet which makes it hard for writing this review. This is the second time that I have used this company. The first time I was impressed with the services rendered even though we went through some issues with scheduling. This time however, I was far from pleased with the service I received. The ladies were very sweet and seemed as though they were cleaning, but after looking over the house they didn't complete the simplest of task. I had mirrors with finger prints, my bed post (metal) still had finger prints and dust, they didn't clean the counters in my bathroom or clean a specific item that I asked be clean. They didn't dust my counters and or move items in order to clean under them. They didn't clean my couch in my bedroom or even attempt to wipe off the window sills. They basically took my money and rendered a friendly smile and no actual cleaning service. My complaint was sent in through the normal correspondence I have used with the company (text) to make them aware I would be calling to discuss further. I was hoping that after receiving such a complaint the company would have reach out to me first, but this was not the case at all. I want to note as well that they took a substantial amount of time to respond to my original request for a quote (1 month from the original date of request). When I did finally speak with them they provided decent enough service. I am going to give them one more try based off of the first experience, but if I receive another sub par service I will provide another update and look for another company. They were the most expensive quote that I received as well, but I felt that it was worth it since I was happy the first time. I guess we will see how they handle this moving forward...

They come out for a few hours on a weekly basis. They do a very good job. We generally have been very happy with them. When there is something for one reason or another that we are not totally satisfied when we point it out, they are good at following through and doing it right, not only the day you talk to them about it, but once they have dealt with a certain problem they continue to work fine on that particular score. We are quite happy with them. We use them every Monday. Usually almost always two people come out to do the work. It takes 2 to 3 hours.

The kitchen looked and bathroom looked good, not great. The price was right so I may use them again.

No work was done because they failed to show up. I called a week in advance. I spoke to them the morning of the day they were to show up. The asked to come early, but I could not make it work so we stuck to the time we had set originally. I took time off from work to go to the place, and they never showed up. I finally got a hold of them and they said how about coming hours later...what the!!?!? I told them we had just spoke and they confirmed the time and I was at the apartment, they responded that they emailed me a week ago about a different time. NO!!! We just spoke 2 hours ago. I absolutely hate un-professionals that waste my time. You have been warned!

I gave them a list the day of the most important parts of the house I wanted cleaned, and they did not follow the list. Master Bathroom stand up shower doors needed to be cleaned again because they left soap scum. I had to pay an additional $80 because they did not finish the home in the 7 hour window.

Service has gotten worse since hiring Skilled Maids back in February. Each new crew is worse than the last. They don't follow instructions and break a LOT of things. The cleaning is ok and like other reviewers have said they are always in rush to get in and out. Our house is pretty clean normally and we use the service for the deeper cleaning items like vacuuming and dusting but that doesn't get done unless it "looks" dirty. We are on our third crew now (after being promised that the crews don't change very often) and it's only gotten worse. The crew (always 2 ladies) were here yesterday and we just discovered that they broke our dishwasher and a shelf in the kitchen. No phone call, no email or text from the "owners" and this isn't the first time. We are going to move to a new provider asap and I don't recommend this company. I think many of these reviews are fake.

They cleaned my home and I was pleased with their work. Will hire again soon.

Skilled maids sent two people, who cleaned for just over two hours. They did an excellent job, particularly on the master bath. I was totally pleased with the work and plan to schedule Skilled Maids for regular cleanings.

The company was great when it came to scheduling, they were out the same day within a few hours. The maids showed up on time. I was given a 4 hour estimate by the maid and it ended up going to 5 and could have been 5.5 to 6. The maids were rushing to get it all done as fast as possible and missed a lot. I had to walk behind everything they did and had to have them reclean many areas. I mentioned that we had a lot of dust from the contractors and I had to constantly remind them to dust light switches and clean window sills properly. Communication was a real problem. I asked them at least 5 different times to focus on my kitchen and they left that till the end, when they only had 1 hour left and didn't even start the first floor (spent 3 hours upstairs). They rushed the kitchen and said it was done with a minute to spare before the 4 hour window. The floors were still very dirty from the spackle that was stuck on them. The counters were not 100% clean, more like 70% and I kept putting my hand over surfaces and kept finding dust on them. I had to spend 20 minutes with 409 and some elbow grease to remove the caked on specs of dirt that was stuck from the construction process. I also had to get my vacuum out and get a bunch of dust from above the windowsill and on top of other framing. That last 2 hours (out of 5) were a rush job because they underestimated the size of the job. I didn't leave with a feeling that my house was in crystal clean shape. It didn't smell like that either after the job was done.maybe they would have done better if they allowed more time and didn't rush. Attention to details were very poor.

I hired them couple of occasions but I am not satisfied in the last go around.

Doris and Mariana are our cleaners. Skilled Maids assigns a house one or two cleaners so there's consistency in the cleaning. They do such a nice job and it's so nice to open the door and smell a clean house at the end of the day. Stop looking for cleaners and just hire Skilled Maids! You won't regret it!

The ladies (team 4) arrived right on time. After a quick house tour and answering a few questions, they went straight to work. I could not be happier! My home glistened! I have never seen my glass shower doors sparkle the way they do today! So many details were take care of - even my white staircase banister is free of fingerprints and smudges! I am so pleased.

I use Skilled Maids on a continuous basis.
