Description of Work: Got this service to clean my house in preparation for home sale. Company agreed to date two different dates and didn't show. Adding to more stress during a challenging time. Someone the did call to apologize and said the person who did not show was no longer with the company. Apparently this job was sublet to someone in my area. A refund was requested.

Description of Work: I hired Skilled Maids for an initial deep clean then subsequent bi-weekly service to clean high-traffic areas including the bathrooms and the wood floors. They did an ok job on the high-traffic areas. My biggest complaints were that (1) The core cleaning was average. The bathroom counters and sinks were cleaned OK but the floors and bath/shower walls were not cleaned well and (2) they spent time doing basic maid services like making beds and vacuuming rugs that we specifically asked them NOT to do. We decided to discontinued service in April.
