The entire process from scheduling to cleaning and follow up was professional and thorough. They responded to my inquiry within hours and I was able to schedule my appointment within 10 days. The women that came to clean were nice, professional and very hard workers. They cleaned the entire four bedroom, 3 bathroom house as well as cleaned out my refrigerator, oven, and microwave. They dusted all of my blinds, vacuumed, mopped floors, and much much more. Worth every penny and then some. I am going to use them as my regular bi weekly cleaners.

Three cleaners showed up right on time and got straight to work. They cleaned every nook and cranny in the house and were very efficient, and managed to get a few areas cleaner than we have ever been able to. I was especially impressed with the work they did on the bathrooms and the kitchen as those areas needed quite a bit of attention. They were done in a little less than 3 hours and we were thrilled with the results. We have since signed on for a monthly cleaning and have been quite pleased with the results. Lilly, the owner is very responsive to questions and scheduling needs and the women who have come to our house have been pleasant and very professional.

Punctual, very responsive to changing times and last minute scheduling issues (there was a snowstorm). Did an excellent job cleaning and listened carefully to instructions and preferences. Oddly enough, wanted to do MORE business with them and they have been slower to respond.

AWESOME! We purchased a "Big Deal" and the three ladies that came did a great job. They were super efficient and cleaned the house thoroughly. This was the first time I have used any cleaning service and I am shocked at how good a job they have done today. I can honestly say they have cleaned my house almost as good as i would have done in a third of the time. I'll definitely use them again.

She said she that she really liked them. She they did a wonderful job with a deep cleaning, and they even did the laundry. She hired them for regular service.

When we first decided to hire a housecleaning service, we contacted 3 companies for price quotes. Skilled Maids came to view our house prior to providing a price quote, and when we the pricing was a little higher than we were budgeting, Skilled Maids was willing to work with us to reach our price point. The cleaners come once a month and are have been very punctual (in fact arriving a little earlier than scheduled). They are quick but thorough. We have two dogs in our home, but that has not seemed to phase the cleaners while they work. Communication with Skilled Maids has been very easy. Because of our busy schedules, emails have proven to be a wonderful way to reach back to the company. They are quick in responding when I have questions, as well as verifying our next appointment time. We have been using them for a couple of months now and are happy with the service.

When I called on Wednesday for a cleaning for Thursday ( had a tenant move-in on Saturday), and Lilliane was profession and understanding. She promptly arrange for a time when her team will be at the property, and the next day kept me informed via text when they where heading to the property. They arrived on time, did a detailed cleaning. I will definitely use them again.

These guys are the best, they did a fantastic work! Lilly told me to expect them between 8 am and 9 am and they were here at 8 am sharp! They completed all of the work within 3 ours . The work was excellent. Nothing was damaged. Marcelo and his crew were very friendly and professional. We have allergy problems so having the Ducts cleaned help us a lot. They were VERY thorough.Marcelo Showed me that my dryer vent was LONG DUE for cleaning and it could've caused a fire. Thank you, Marcelo! So in addition I had my dryer vents cleaned as well. Highly recommend this company!

Skilled maids performed a whole house cleaning-- 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths. They did a great job and the house looked wonderful. I was very pleased.

It was an ok experience. The girls arrived on time. Only 1 of the 3 spoke English so it was difficult to explain what I wanted done. We walked through the house and she didn't write anything down. I told her the 2 most important rooms I wanted to be thoroughly cleaned were the master bathroom and the kitchen. They were suppose to leave at 6:00 and at 5:45 they hadn't even started in the kitchen yet. They did a fair job all around, but the point of me paying for a "deep cleaning" was to have a few rooms scrubbed that needed a little extra attention - not so my house could get a superficial cleaning. I specifically told them to only vacuum the master bedroom for example, and they spent 15 minutes cleaning the mini-blinds. If you want a regular housekeeper to keep up with your average cleanings then I think they're good. I just wish they would (or were capable of) listening to my needs and applying them to their work.

They were tireless, punctual, friendly and careful. Have nothing bad to say about them. They are good people.

Two servicemen came to the house and spent almost 4 hours meticulously cleaning out the duct for our forced air system. They were polite, personable, and very professional. Marcelo carefully explained what he was doing and let me see for myself each step of the way. He made numerous recommendations on how to keep the ducts clean. The maids team was punctual, professional, and did an outstanding job for an extremely reasonable price. When they were finished, my house was shining. We have dogs and there was not a strand of dog hair anywhere. No dust, no smudges, everything was perfect. The following cleaning was just as impressive. Everything is in place, everything is spotlessly clean making the house a pleasure to come home to. I am an extremely particular customer, and Skilled maids Service has completely impressed me. I am recommending them to everyone looking for a house cleaning service and air duct cleaning service!!!

They arrived on time and did a stellar job. The price was reasonable. I plan to use Lilliane and her team to help with my new place.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was okay. It was pretty good. There were 3 people that came. They forgot one part. They cleaned the inside of the oven but there is a drawer setting underneath the oven and all the black stuff from the oven was sitting in that drawer. We didn't realize it until a week or two later but anyone that was in our house going for tours would have seen it if they opened up the drawer and it was disgusting. We didn't get any comments and we've got buyers so it didn't affect anything but it was a little disappointing. It was just an oversight that someone forgot.

Their timing is a bit unpredictable. We'd agreed on a 1 o'clock start time but then they have been running late based on earlier appointments during the day which is fine for me because I'm home all day. They'd indicated that they'll clean every appliance inside and out and when I made the appointment, the woman was unaware of that so there was miscommunication between Angie's List and her but she did honor it and cleaned a couple of the appliances. The house was very clean. It looks great.

Absolutely FABULOUS cleaning service!!! First, on the admin end, Lilly, the owner, "maid" the entire process effortless. This was our first time we Skilled Maids, and I'm telling you, they did NOT disappoint. Lilly and I emailed back and forth, setting up a time that was convenient for me (I LOVE that she's very flexible and will work around her customers' schedules)...she was very professional, friendly, and sweet. :) The Skilled Maids team (three professionals, total) showed up RIGHT ON TIME, very promptly, and went right to work. Roxana was the leader, and, OMG. They were INCREDIBLE. We have a two-bedroom, two-bath with loft apartment, and I cannot believe how fast and efficient they were! And THOROUGH. OMG. SO THOROUGH. I telecommute from home, and after they cleaned the master bedroom and bath, I took my laptop in there to work. Everything smelled fresh and clean and looked amazing. The didn't use ANY harsh chemicals, either. Everything was eco-friendly and green. At one point, I looked out from the bedroom - these wonderful women were cleaning the overhead light fixtures. :-O I was in heaven. They did the baseboards, all the cabinets, the appliances, all the pictures, the mirrors, etc., etc. And the costs was very reasonable. On top of all that, the team was SO nice and friendly. They worked hard, but they always smiled and were extremely polite. There truly aren't enough good things to say about Skilled Maids. We are in love, and were so happy, that we've now engaged them for monthly cleaning. If you need a great, fast, hardworking, professional, and friendly cleaning company and team - look no further. Skilled Maids is THE premier cleaning service in the DC Metro area. Yep. That's just how much I believe in them. :)

They are great! They do everything I ask with a smile. If I have any nit-picky thing for them to do they do it. My favorite form of communication is email or texting; I don't have time for long conversations on the phone - they accommodate this. They show up when they say, and if I have to schedule for a different day they accommodate me. Every now and then I'll ask them to do something that's not part of the routine and it's accommodated. No one is perfect and when something goes wrong they make it easy to lodge a complaint. For example, I had added on the cleaning of my fridge for a visit - something not needed every visit. They forgot to do it so I texted the owner and asked if they could come back (the fridge was nice and empty making it easier if they came that day). The girls came back that evening and cleaned the fridge. I had been home all day with two sick kids and the kitchen was a mess. So after cleaning the fridge they cleaned up all the dishes piled in the kitchen and wiped down the counters!! The owner is always checking in to see if I'm happy, again, making it easy to complain about any little thing at all. I can not say enough good things about these guys! Another thing I liked A LOT, is that when I very first engaged their services, the owner came to my home, walked through the house while I pointed and explained the things I needed done. I had a tailored quote in my hands before she left. She worked with me to get the quote to a comfortable place for my budget by working with me on what I was asking them to do in the house. Since getting help with my laundry was important.

Skilled Maids were wonderful! I called right before the July 4th holiday. Lily was very professional and was able to secure an appointment the next day. I was expecting house guests from San Francisco. My home had not been cleaned for some time. Lots of dirt. Three ladies came in and took over. They worked on the living room, dining room, kitchen, great room, sun room, 1 bedroom, foyer and 2 bathrooms. They even cleaned my front glass door. They were pretty thorough! After 5 hours ... a miracle happened! I plan to have them come back to take care of the rest of my home (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and basement) and I will engage them on a regular monthly basis to maintain the miracle! :-)

They did well the first couple of times. They don't always arrive on time. I don't have a problem with the quality they do but they were supposed to be here at 10:30 and it was an hour to 1 1/2 hours later. They also do my daughter-in-law's house. I am retired so I am here to make sure they do a better job. The price is reasonable. They wanted more but I refused. I don't have any complaints about the quality. They do a thorough job. They are very responsive and they communicate well.

It went very well overall. The ladies were very prompt in arriving. In fact, they were a bit early. They got right to work and worked steadily to get the job done. They were very professional in performing their job. They were also cooperative and pleasant.

Lili and her employees always provide a very thorough cleaning of our home. We have used them for two years and have never had any concerns or issues. When we make a request they follow up and it's always done. They clean our home every two weeks and in the last two years they've had to reschedule only once, and when we need to change it (because we're on vacation, etc.) they have easily accommodated that request.

My house was a mess. I had a previous cleaning service that I honestly thought was overpriced and did not do a very good job and was not reliable. she was willing to work with my schedule, and she was very honest about the amount of time she spent cleaning. erything was cleaned, including the areas I always look at after cleanings (front of bed frame against wall at level of box spring, baseboards behind the sofa, etc.) Overall I was very happy with her service and have hired her to do my biweekly cleanings.
