It went pretty well and we'd use them again. There were no issues with the cleaning -- they did a great job. They were very professional. They actually finished a little bit early as well.

It was amazing. I've never used a professional cleaning service before, but they went beyond my exceptions. My house was beautiful. The women were extremely friendly and very professional. They not only won me over, but my family as well. I will be using them again in the future. I cannot say enough about them.

It turned out pretty well. We were getting our condo ready for sale and they were able to do all the cleaning for the condo. Their pricing was fair. They were professional.

I have tried to contact them with no response, and I need the work done right away, so I have canceled the deal.

The company couldn't get me in until next week; which was two weeks from my purchase date. I was needing the work done sooner. They replied very quickly and was honest with me.

They were fantastic. I have signed them up for monthly service. I thought I was going to replace my rugs but after they were done my rugs looked brand new. Their professional was also wonderful.

The advertisement didn't say they could or could not do what I needed. After purchasing the coupon, I contacted them and was informed that they weren't able to accommodate me. They were very professional and friendly, and advised me to contact you for a refund.

From start to end the house cleaning went very well. The team members knew exactly what they where doing and did a great job. From that time, we have them scheduled every month.

They were excellent! They did a magnificent job. The appliances and bathrooms... just everything was perfect. They sent three people and it took roughly 3.5 hours to complete the job. The job was very well done and they paid much attention to detail. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them to others. My apartment was 1170sf.

Skilled maids was an hour and 10 minutes late, but arrived ready to work. I was concerned about how they dusted/cleaned my metal mini-blinds and to reach, one stepped on my couch--shoes on. I caught one of the three maids on her cell phone twice while cleaning and, although I don't speak spanish, given her manner and lengh of time she was on the calls, they were obviously personal in nature. Because of this one maid's lack of professionalism, I felt it important to give the Skilled Maids only a B in the professionalism category. However, despite these criticisms, these ladies did a very good job cleaning. They were able to get everything done (a couple spots missed but nothing major) and the hardest stuff done very well. Given the layers of dust and dirt and an oven and refridgerator caked with spills, I really could not have expected more for what I paid. They worked all the way up to the last minute. Each was tipped for a hard-worked 3 hours and I would likely use the company again, but not without mentioning that I did not appreciate the personal telephone calls--emergencies yes; distraction, no.

It went fine. The ladies did a great job. The only complaint I had was that I paid for three hours with three people and I only needed two hours with three people. So I over paid and cannot get another hour of time back.

The service was okay. They did a pretty good job. They did leave a couple of areas that were still dusty, but they did a good job. I wasn't able to do my check before I left, and I think if I had checked things like the oven and under the things, I probably would have caught it, and asked them to figure it out. Other than that, they are trustworthy, and did a good job.

I contacted Skilled Maids in late February to do a deep clean of our entire house (approx 1800 sq ft) in mid-March to April because I knew at that point, I would be nine months pregnant and unable to really get in the nooks and crannies like I tend to do. I spoke with Connie, then corresponded with her via e-mail, which made the planning process very easy. She sent a short survey to assess our needs, size of our house, etc, and we set a date. I had to change the date from mid-March because we realized that would be a little too early, as I am due in May. It was very easy to do and there were no issues. The week of our scheduled cleaning, Lilly contacted me to say that they would be unable to make it on the day of our cleaning - which would have exponentially complicated things for us, as we had people coming to our house the next day... and there was no other time that my husband or I could take off work. Luckily for us, Skilled Maids made it happen! There was some confusion on the time (they showed up at 8 AM when we were scheduled for 12 PM), but the lovely ladies ended up coming back around 3 PM and worked until a little after 5 PM. I really appreciated the fact that they switched schedules around to accommodate us. I have to say that overall, they did a marvelous job. Our kitchen was SPOTLESS... I hate cleaning the oven, so it was worth it for me just to have them do that! I did notice that they missed a few trouble spots around the house - but they're things that my husband and I know about, but if you didn't live in our house, you wouldn't really pick up on... and my husband, who is quite tidy, even remarked at what a good job they had done! The vacuuming they did was great (we have two dogs and a cat, so getting rid of the hair is a big issue for us), and the entire house looked and smelled great.

Saw Angie's List special and decided to try Skilled Maids out. They were prompt, courteous, used their own equipment, and did a fantastic job! They even cleaned the refrigerator and the oven! We're so impressed that we're going to hire them full time.

Three ladies showed up, on time, introduced themselves with a smile and got right to work. I had to step out for a bit but when I got home the house was sparkling clean. On there way out, the Skilled Maids brought the trash out and put the dirty sheets on the washing machine. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their home cleaned.

We had recently moved and needed a whole house deep cleaning. It went very well, the house was spotless afterwards. We would use them again.

I am getting my house ready to be placed on the market and it really needed cleaning.3 ladies came in the front door armed with vacuum cleaners, mops, brooms, dusters and cleaning agents. All I had to provide was the paper towels and trash bags. How often do you find someone that does windows?? They mopped, vacuumed, scrubbed, waxed, dusted everything and anything that needed it. The tub in the master bath had stains from using bath salts I wasn't suppose to use. I had tried and tried to get those stains out and they got them out. Everything shined and sparkled and smelled fresh when they had finished. I haven't cooked in my kitchen yet, it looks good. As soon as I have the leak in the basement fixed I am going to hire them again.

My house needed a very thorough cleaning to deal with widespread dust in the house after a bath renovation. The team arrived early, and before I could go over what I wanted done they raced to my upstairs office and immediately started cleaning. While the three person team worked very hard for 3 hours and did a fairly thorough job, communication was not easy as their English speaking abilities were quite limited. I tried to go over my priority cleaning needs, but they did not pay much attention, perhaps due to language issues. What they did was done quite well - bathrooms were spotless, the 3 appliances I wanted cleaned on the inside shined, especially my oven, and they did the 10 windows included in the deal after I emphasized that they needed to be done. They also dusted and vacuumed quite well, altho at one point the vacuum did break down which they were able to fix. When they moved things to dust they seldom put anything back in its place. After they left I had to go around and put everything back in place, straighten pictures and hunt down a couple things they moved to another surface like a phone. Somewhere in the mix a small tub of cream and a container in the bath have yet to be found. They also broke a slat in one of my window blinds (not that they told me, but I noticed it while they were here and sorta wrote it off). As one other reviewer noted they needed paper towels and used almost a whole roll, and also used other various cleaning supplies I had on hand. They also kept taking my duster as if it were their own and I had to keep retrieving so it did not walk out of the house as it was exactly like one they had. They did not have time to clean my basement steps and floor which was a priority for me, but since they did not go over my cleaning needs with me they just stuck to their routine which met their needs, but not all of mine. I had considered using them for on-going regular cleaning, but based on this experience will not be using them again.

Considering how long it had been since my house had been cleaned, they got a lot done in the time I contracted for, although they could not finish the house. They moved furniture to get underneath it to vacuum and even vacuumed the dog hair off the furniture. Great job.

Ridiculous. They were supposed to arrive between 8 and 8:30 the day of the service. I received 2 emails confirming the time. Because that is during the time when I need to take my kids to school, my husband stayed home from work to make sure someone was here to let them in. They didn't show up. By 9, I called the office to find out what was going on only to be told that they'd made a mistake and my actual window was 10-10:30. They finally showed up at 12 noon!!! I was mad, of course, and told the owner that I needed to be compensated for the inconvenience of them taking up my whole day and my husband missing work- so they said they'd clean the inside of all the windows, rather than just the 10 covered by the Deal. The ladies were polite and seemed to work efficiently. About an hour before they were done, a fourth lady came to check on their work. Included in the Deal was supposed to be three kitchen appliances- I asked them to do the oven, microwave, and fridge. My refrigerator is combined with the freezer- they did the lower part but not the freezer- they are the same appliance!!! I had to remind them about one of the windows downstairs, twice. The floors were clean-ish, but definitely not deep cleaned- there was still grit on the floors under the kitchen cabinets and under the lip of the fridge. The wall and baseboard by the high chair were untouched and while they lightly mopped the floors, there was still gunk in some spots that really needed more scrubbing. In addition to all this, this company requires you to provide your own paper towels and trash bags, and according to the paperwork they gave me, if I were to schedule future cleanings with them, I'd have to provide all the cleaning products, too. I left a full roll of paper towels on the counter, per the instructions, and when they finally showed up, they looked at it like it was insufficient, so I got out another. Sure enough, they used a roll and a half of paper towels to clean. Have they never heard of rags or conservation? I can clean the whole house myself without using that many paper towels. I have hired other companies before that have provided ALL cleaning materials, so this was particularly annoying. There are plenty of other housekeeping companies that offer Big Deals on Angie's List. The previous company I hired for a deep clean did a stellar job and I was amazed at how clean the house was. They weren't offering a deal this time, so I decided to try someone else. I wish I had just gone with the company from last time who arrived on time and did a great job. As I said, after this frustrating visit from Skilled Maids, my house was cleanish, but not deep clean, and instead of being done by noon, it took up my entire day. I will not be hiring them again.

I was impressed with how much was done the first time I used them unsupervised. They cleaned the light covers and everything!

I will use this company again. I only needed the bathroom and kitchen done. They really needed to be scrubbed. I don't have the strength in my hands to do this any longer. They also did my windows on my French doors. They arrived on time and were very nice. The kitchen and bathroom look brand new I can't get over it.

I really like them. They were very responsive about setting up an appointment and they arrived timely. They were prompt. The agreed upon price was accepted at the time of the appointment and we didn’t ask for more. They did a good cleaning job and arrived when they were supposed to. If I need a cleaning company, I would definitely call them.

Three women worked wonders and got my house ready for a scheduled party. Since then, this team has returned for regular cleaning. Whether I'm ready or not, they take care of the basics and keep my house ready for company.

The sale was for up to 9 hours of deep cleaning. I only have a 1600 sq ft place, and am relatively clean, so I didn't think I would necessarily need the full 9 hours. I called Lily to discuss before I purchased the deal. She said it would definitely take the full 9 hours b/c of the detail of cleanliness that they do. Lily was prompt in returning phone calls, and in scheduling. When it was time for the cleaning to be done, 3 ladies came, and they did a relatively good job, but they were only there for 2 hours, which is only 6 hours total, not the 9 hours I paid for. If they had done a perfect job, I would just have been upset with Lily for up-selling, but the reason they completed it quicker is that they rushed through the blinds, and the entryway. There were a few other minor areas that had been neglected as well, including an area where repairs had been made, and there was still sawdust remaining. Not cleaned to my definition of "deep cleaning". I was leaving the country the next day, and did not have time to deal with it then, but when I returned, even though it was after the window the company offers the satisfaction guarantee, they decided to send two ladies to re-clean for me. This time they were there for an hour and a half, so I did end up getting my full 9 hours worth, just not as "deep clean" as when I do it myself. However, they did do a great job on the fridge and stove, which I hate cleaning, so while a bit expensive (especially after considering the fact that I tipped 5 different cleaning ladies), I think the company did their best to remedy the situation and try to make me happy.
