Skilled Maids

We were very pleased with their service. We used them several more times during the time that our house was on the market. Prices were reasonable, and work quality was great. Overall one of the best cleaning services I have ever used.

We were running late ourselves and spotted the Skilled Maids VW...really cute!...seeming to search for the address so rounded them up and brought them to the correct location. Blanca and Kenya unpacked their vehicle and with a full load came into the condo. I walked through with them and pointed out the specific cleaning and the "if there is time...". They did a beautiful job. We had two different professional cleaners come through as we went through the entire remodeling process. Neither could get the floor of the shower clean until Blanca got to it. The fixtures they were able to reach were shiny and beautiful. Glass/Brass, frames and knobs were the little things that always seem to be missed by most cleaning services but since these were our focus,..Blanca and Kenya did a beautiful job of getting the years of filth off these items throughout the condo. Thank you! We will be calling them again!

They did an excellent job. I was amazed at how wonderful the place looked after they left. I am now planning to set up a regular cleaning schedule.

It went very well. The experience was good. They cleaned very well and worked on time. In overall ,quality, punctuality, responsiveness and professionalism,they were excellent.

Skilled Maids did an excellent job cleaning our house. They showed up early and worked hard for the three hours we purchased. They were able to get things cleaner than I thought possible (like our shower door). Our house hasn't been this clean since we moved in. I definitely recommend hiring Skilled Maids.

It was fine. They still owe me a couple of hours because they didn't really need the entire 9 hours. Well I paid $250 for up to 9 hours so I should get 9 hours. [1:15] They said they didn't need to be here for the entire 9 hours so they said they would give the extra 2 hours back. Which is fine. They don't do windows. It looked fine. I think they did a decent job. They came on time. They said they were gonna be here a certain time and they made it. They worked professionally and got their work done in the amount of time that they needed. They are probably on the high side.

I am very pleased with the service. I was not able to come back to the house to lock it up, and the cleaners were fine with a friend of mine locking it up for me. The appliances are very clean, and the floors look great. I would hire them again!

They did a great and professional job on short notice. And they worked around our last-minute moving.

They did a great job, I needed a deep clean of the unit for a new renter and they did a solid job. They also came upstairs with the time they had left over and cleaned out the kitchen and cleaned some of our light fixtures.

The staff was very good, very polite and very nice. They left the area very well. Their politeness stood out, and the cleaning was really good. The price was okay, it wasn't really expensive, but it was okay.

They were excellent. They are always on time. Two or three come out depending on the work. They are a little expensive but they do a good job.

Three women showed up promptly at their appointment time. They immediately began cleaning and they were THOROUGH! They cleaned everything. They even tipped the couches on the end to clean underneath. We were a little embarrassed, as they cleaned places we didn't expect, like in the couch cushions. We have only lived here a few months, but there was no doubt that out house was the cleanest it has been since we moved in! My only complaint is the follow up price they quoted seemed quite high.

They did a great job cleaning my staged house, especially when it came to the details and the fridge. They were clear and open in communication. Definitely recommend.

The were scheduled to have a cleaning on 31 March. Three ladies showed up and did an immaculate job! I was thoroughly impressed.

Buyer beware. This deal is misleading. It says up to 9 hours of professional deep cleaning which in my mind I was expecting someone here for 9 hours meticulously cleaning every crevice of my home. That is not the case, as I learned. It was three people for three hours (3 ppl x 3 hrs = 9). That's how much my regular cleaning crew comes to the house every month. The value for the price is not worth it. You can hire Maids in Black for half the price for the same service. Also, the deep clean was basically cleaning the house plus a few extras like inside stove and refrigerator and some windows. That's nice but again, not sure it was worth an incremental $150 over what I normally pay. Also, the cleaning was mediocre. None of my stainless appliances were polished - very smudgy...there was grit still in the corners of the microwave, something I would expect would be cared for with a deep clean. Tea kettle on stove wasn't wiped down and the sink faucet fixtures were wiped down and shined up. The floors weren't deeply cleaned. They ran a dry and wet mop over them but you'll see from the pics that the stairs had debris still on them as did corners of the kitchen and downstairs guest room. I guess with a deep clean they don't get on their knees to look to see if everything was picked up. There was food still stuck on the floor in the kitchen --- it needed some elbow grease, not just a wet mop. The guest room windows they cleaned and dusted still had dirt on them....you can see from my photos --- clearly not a deep clean. I also had to go back around and recipe back down the TV and coffee table since while they were cleaning they left fingerprints on them. I think they did an okay job. Nothing I would recommend. And I definitely don't recommend this package --- it was not at all worth the price. Very disappointed that I lost so much money for what was actually delivered.

The team that cleaned my condo were amazing! I didn't know how many people were going to be sent over since my place is 723 sq feet. But to my surprise the company sent out three employees. My place had never been cleaned before and the three ladies scrubbed it from top to bottom. It actually looks better than when I first bought it. They were very nice and I would hire the three of them again. I highly recommend this company and you will not be disappointed in their work.

I hate to clean. Anyone who knows me knows this. But there are three women who know it better than anyone else, the three skilled professionals who came to my house yesterday and turned it completely around. I used an Angie's List deal from Skilled Maids that included 9 hours of deep cleaning for 250.00. I've never used a professional service before, and I knew my house was in pretty rough shape. From the onset of the deal, Skilled Maids was truly professional and responsive. After signing, I was contacted within an hour from the company, and was able to schedule the cleaning quickly and at my convenience. All communication was prompt and courteous. I telephoned the company with some questions, and got the answers immediately. The crew (three women) arrived at my house exactly on time. I showed them the house, and indicated the order of cleaning preferences and that was all the involvement they needed from me. They immediately started working. As I indicated previously, my house was in desperate need of a professional cleaning. They actually went above and beyond what I was expecting, and cleaned areas I didn't even know about! Tops of kitchen cabinets, door moldings, lamp shades, and baseboard moldings were all scrubbed, and wall areas that were dirty were scoured clean. My oven, which probably hadn't been cleaned in forever, was scraped and cleaned, and my refrigerator looks like new. I have a shedding dog, and there was dog hair found in every corner, and vacuumed away. Due to the level of cleaning needed, the crew needed additional time to complete the job. Connie from Skilled Maids called me and gave me the information, and provided the additional cost, which was very reasonable. I am embarrassed to say that after they left, I realized that I never offered them anything to drink during the entire four hours they worked. I have nothing to say but apologies for that, its not like me to be inhospitable. I was so worried about how they would react to the house, but there was nothing to be concerned about. My house has never been so clean! I highly recommend Skilled Maids to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

Skilled maids did a fantastic job cleaning my house. They did a full house deep cleaning, scrubbed every surface and my house was shining clean after they left. The crew arrived on time, brought all their supplies with them and were very professional. It was an overall great experience, I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

My condo needed a full-on scrub after a bathroom renovation, so I purchased an Angie's List deal for a deep cleaning - and I feel like I got so much more than I paid for. I came home to find every surface sparkling. I opened the oven, and lo and behold: sparking! I opened the microwave, and looked behind the bookshelves, and in my guest bathroom...and they were all flawless. The very Skilled Maids even organized my dusty closet better than I ever had myself. I would highly recommend, and would certainly use them again for more regular service.
