Skilled Maids

The cleaning crew sent by skilled maids was awesome. I pointed out specific things that needed to be addressed, and they got those done along with a good job of everything else that needed work. Would highly recommend!

Skilled maids did a wonderful job on my house, I have a regular cleaning company that comes bi-weekly, but I purchased the deep clean because I got new wood floors down and there was dust everywhere and I needed a deep clean. The crew did an outstanding job with everything and my home was sparkling. I was very impressed and pleased. I plan to use them in the future.

Her apt was more than messy and they did a remarkable job cleaning out the fridge, cleaning bathroom and helping me to reorganize her closets

I was mostly happy and satisfied with what was provided. They did a very nice job cleaning everything. I only had one very minor complaint as I wish they had cleaned the top of the ceiling fan, however, I can't recall whether or not that was included in the service description. Overall, they did a very nice job and saved me several hours of cleaning.

The team for our apartment Maria & Dalia were absolutely fantastic Very polite from the beginning They deep cleaned the tables and corners of the rooms including difficult and previously untouched spots in the bathroom, not only with a wet/dry rag and simple dusting movements - they scrubbed Without asking for anything they started with some parts of the house that were not covered well on previous visits even when requested Very pleased how they worked overall but especially the focus and deep clean of the kitchen and bathroom

Went fine but they spent too much time downstairs and had to rush cleaning the upstairs.

This team worked furiously for the entire time they cleaned my home. I could not be more pleased with the outcome and recommend them enthusiastically.

The team of 3 arrived on time and after I confirmed some specific requests (what to use their time on/what I didn't care about), they went to work. The trio worked very hard for 3 hours straight, and tended to even the smallest of details. They were very meticulous-- so much so that at one point I was concerned they weren't going to be able to do it all because they were taking such a long time in each room! There was a team lead, and she communicated with me throughout the cleaning service. They did a very good job, and would definitely hire them again. Since i was having such a deep clean due to guests arriving, in the future, I would have them start in the more "public rooms" to insure those spaces were cleaned first, and then leave the private spaces (bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs) second in case time was cut short.

Fantastic service! They showed up on time and were very friendly. They cleaned everything! You can see the attention to detail. I highly recommend this service.

It went very well. All communications on scheduling and rescheduling was very pleasant and professional. They replied to my questions promptly, and they sent info so I would know what services were included and how to be ready. Three workers came with all needed supplies. The did a top notch job in the kitchen, bathroom and living areas. They cleaned out the frig and stove (very dirty!) and honestly, the apartment looked better than when I first rented it. I was very pleased. They finished in about two hours and they got my signature and let me review the service before leaving. The ladies were very professional and very friendly. I highly recommend their services and am considering them to be monthly house cleaners in my new place!

This was a Big Deal: $250 for 9 hours of labor. The team arrived on the early side of the estimated time and got right to work. I am very pleased with the results - very thorough. My refrigerator sparkles!

Overall very happy. They did miss getting all of the cat hair off the Roman Shades in the master bedroom. New Tenant very happy with the move in condition.

I purchased the coupon on Angie's list. 3 crew members showed up and hit the ground running; one headed towards the bathroom, the other, the kitchen while I spoke to the 3rd on what areas that needed to be cleaned and what areas were off limits. I got a call when they were almost through stating that they needed more time to complete, which I agreed upon and paid for. I have lived in the home for 5 years and not had the house professionally cleaned, being the first time this was a nice treat to come home and see the house look so nice. The house was so nicely cleaned and detailed, they thoroughly cleaned all areas so nicely, made the beds, washed 10 windows, cleaned glass pictures and mirrors, got all corners and hard to reach places. You can tell the level care and effort went into their work performed. I was very pleased and highly recommend.

The crew arrived 1.5-2 hours late, which the company said was because their previous job had run late/ This reason for this became understandable as the very slow pace of the crew's work became evident. A company representative to whom I expressed concern about this tried to explain that the crew's progress was somehow dependent on the age of the dirt they encountered (I should note that the house was not terrifically dirty to begin with). The crew appeared to need direction fairly frequently, which was sometimes difficult because of the crew members' limited English proficiency. The quality of the work was quite decent, and the house looked better for it, though there were a few missed spots and some pieces of furniture and smaller items were not replaced in their original positions. The company's management authorized the crew to work past the 9 person hour limit to complete their work.

The Skilled Maids team are skilled! This was the second cleaning for us and they do not disappoint! The team is fast, efficient, and know their business. They cleaned places that I didn't even know needed cleaning. When they left my four bedroom home was sparkling clean. We are so pleased and plan to use them on a regular basis.

I missed the email that they were coming. I didn't do any of the prep work and they did a great job anyway. They were able to clean my house 2 days from my purchase date.

I got the off of Angie's List and I use them every two weeks. I use them for my son because, he is handicapped. I think it's expensive because they are only cleaning one room, kitchen and living room.

The maids did an amazing job. They cleaned the kitchen and bathroom, vacuumed the carpet, mopped the tile floors, and dusted. In addition, they did things I wasn't even expecting, such as cleaning inside the refrigerator and inside the oven. They cleaned the stovetop really well. I was totally happy with the service, and I would recommend them to anyone. By far, Skilled Maids did a better job of cleaning than any service I've ever used.

Simply put, they did a great job. In addition to the general overall cleaning, they focused on what we asked them to and got those areas right, even though it was tough. It is easy for my wife and I to find things to complain about or take fault with regarding service providers of all sorts, but there was nothing of any real significance to be dissatisfied with. That's a real accomplishment! We will certainly use them again! There are a couple things we can mention that you should keep in mind. First, they were supposed to arrive between 12 noon and 1 pm, but arrived at almost 2 PM. If you read their confirmation emails carefully, they do state that you should provide the team an additional hour to arrive past the scheduled time because of normal delays that can happen during the day. I did not focus on that until it was after 1 PM, they hadn't arrived and I hadn't received a call. Since they provide that warning in their confirmation email, I was fine with it, but it's something that might be glossed over by some customers like myself. Second, they needed more time than the 9 hours in our Angie's list special package. This was totally reasonable, given how much work our house needed, and they called me to see whether I wanted them to finish what they could in the time paid for, or if they should stay an hour longer to finish. I paid for extra time and I'm glad I did. The team was working hard the entire time I was in the house, so it wasn't from a lack of effort that it took longer. You should just keep in mind that you may need to pay for more time than you get in any special or coupon to get everything done that you want. Neither of these things are criticisms, but mentioned so that you know what to expect. I highly recommend Skilled Maids.

They did an outstanding job!

The cleaners did an EXCELLENT job! We were so happy with the job they did that we are now having them clean the house every other week!

Overall they did an excellent job. Cleaned the fridge, cabinets, floors, bathrooms and even went down into my unfinished basement and clean the washer and dryer. I was very pleased and may use them again if I am feeling lazy.
