It was fine. We could have let me know when something is broken. They were the last ones in the house. I had some appointments and so I didn't check out the house after they cleaned it, the day they cleaned it. I went the next day and one of my cabinets doors was broken.

Crew of 3 came & thoroughly cleaned my condo. Buyers moving in were very happy.

This is one of THE BEST cleaning services I have ever used. I received an immediate response from Michelle as soon as I purchased the coupon. From that point forward, we communicated regularly until a date for the job had been set. The crew arrived on time and immediately two of the three women began cleaning immediately while I gave instructions to Sylvia. I have only had mediocre work from cleaning companies in the past, so my expectations were not high. But this company proved me wrong. Everything I asked Sylvia to do (and more) was done. We were amazed at the level of cleanliness. The house was pristine and sparkling. This is definitely a five-star company, and I highly recommend them.

I particularly told the crew leader that since the carpet was brand new needed not to be cleaned, and the hardwood floor was refinished it did not need care either. I personally cleaned all the glass of the windows so they did not have to do that either. ALL three bathrooms were rebuilt, everything was new so they did not have to do anything with the bathrooms. The kitchen ceramic floor would be redone soon, therefore they did not have to do that either. The only items I really wanted them to clean were the refrigerator and the oven and cook top which they left to do at the last hour so I had to pay extra hour in order to have them clean thoroughly. However, they did not do the only two items I wanted them to clean and we ended up paying another cleaning company to redo these items. This job was done by our property manager whom we later handed the rental property to her. She told me that the job done by Skilled Maids was not acceptable. I wish the crew leader listened to me and concentrated their manpower on the two major items I wanted them to clean. Besides, a strange sour smell occurred after the basement floor was mopped by this group. We could never figure out what kind of cleansing material they used and the smell could not be removed later.

This was move-out clean for a completely empty but large townhouse. They did a great job, especially with a rather unpleasant bathroom. And my kitchen was spotless afterwards. My landlords had nothing to complain about. If I were still living in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

The ladies who cleaned the house, did a really good job. The person that I dealt with, initially, we did not hit it off at all. I was not crazy about that lady. Her customer service left a lot to be desired. She was just very condescending towards me. She said things to me like, "Well, do you understand what I'm saying?" I think her name was Connie. We were moving out of the house. So, they were there to clean. They weren't doing a regular cleaning. They were there to clean up the house. They really did a good job. I tipped them. I thought they did a really good job. So, I tipped each one of them. There were three of them. I would not go back to this company because I do not want to deal with this person that I dealt with. They were an hour late getting there. Again, when I called and talked to this person, she gave me, "Well, they're at another place. You have to take into consideration their travel time." I didn't get a phone call from them saying they were going to be an hour late. They just came an hour late. I wasn't at the house. My husband was there. He was doing some other things around the house. We had moved. So, his spending an hour's time there was not necessary. Again, customer service-wise, they should have called and said, "We said that they would be there at 2:00. They're not actually going to be there until 2:30 or /3 o'clock," and they didn't. They showed up when they showed up. The lady I talked to, wasn't very professional at all, in my opinion. All of the other ladies were Hispanic. They didn't really talk to me very much. They came in and did the job. They didn't really say anything. They didn't ask me any questions.

My son, daughter in law, two grandchildren, and their labrador lived with my husband and I and our cat for 7 months while their new home was being built. Every spare inch of our home was filled with boxes, toys, and two households of possessions. When they moved out, i felt overwhelmed with all that needed to be cleaned. So I bought a special on Angies List from Skilled Maids. 3 ladies came on time on the date I requested. I received emails prior to service clarifying the areas to be cleaned and exactly what services would be performed. I left for work. When i came home at the end of the day, my home sparkled. Wow! I was thrilled. The company's bi-weekly price is more than I can include in my budget, but i will call them again for special occasions. You will not be disappointed with this service!

They were prompt, efficient and friendly -- even going beyond the tasks outlined in the super helpful info sheets that Skilled Maids gives to customers. They were so good, that we now use them on a monthly basis. My only quibble -- and this is not on this specific experience, but since then -- is that they are not always on point with the email communications. But they are always quick to fix a mistake, and are super convenient. I love that they give you multiple options for payment (cash, check or credit card! no longer do i have to run out to the ATM to pay the cleaners!).

Of course during the Holiday Season they were extremely busy. While I was told I'd receive a phone call to set up the appointment by a certain date, I did not hear anything so I had to call them. The day of the cleaning they were to arrive between 1 and 2, but did not arrive until almost 4. We were told they were coming from DC and had hit horrible traffic on the way to our Maryland suburb. On a Friday, especially during the Holidays, I totally believe it! HOWEVER, we were so thoroughly pleased that these issues will not prevent me from hiring them again, and I've recommended their service to some friends. The entire house shone, and smelled absolutely wonderful. They did little details, such as not only did they clean the inside of the refrigerator, they put paper towels down in the food bins; they vacuumed off the top of the ceiling fans; took all the cushions off furniture and vacuumed underneath; vacuumed the tracks of sliding patio doors; and cleaned and polished wood cabinets in the kitchen (that are not sealed/varnished/laminated). Everything everywhere was dusted, even the lamp shades. The bathrooms and kitchen were fantastic when they finished. They even collected all of the trash from all the cans and wastebaskets, and had it separated between trash and recycle, and took the bags out to the bins in the driveway. The team was extremely hard working and pleasant.

Their website was easy to use and I got an immediate response regarding cleaning specifications and scheduling. Michelle was very detailed oriented and I was able to tell her all of the places to focus on in the house via email. On the day of, the crew came early and did exactly as I had asked. Everything was spotless (especially the kitchen, where I asked them to focus on the grease stains in the oven) and I will definitely be using them again.

The team arrived on time and did a thorough job of cleaning. I'm calling them today to clean again. Maria and her team were awesome and she was so professional.

Very pleasant and professional during schedulng process. Three workers arrved on time and worked for three hours as contracted. Generally good job on critical areas of bathrooms and kitchen. Rest of house was a little haphazard, some dusty arreas left in corners and under furniture. Team seemed a bit rushed, felt like communicationwas a little difficult on what we wanted, but workers were very pleasant and I think if you were using them regularly you would be able to develop an understanding of how you wanted things done.

They did an excellent job cleanin. hey were prompt they were punctual and and I was impressed ...UNTIL, I saw the hole they put in my drywall in my powder room. apparently someone or something back into the toilet paper holder and punctured a hole in my wall. they did not mention it to me before they left. I called and sent a picture I have not received an adequate response. it is unfortunate because I wanted someone to come and clean on a regular basis but at this point they are not on my list as I now have to get my wall repaired.

The job performed overall was good. However, we had difficulty communicating to the staff as to directing them on the priority of the work. We had to call the owners a couple of times to clarify what needed to be done. The cleaners wanted to do it their way in their sequence but we had to repeat the areas we wanted the to focus on first. This was frustrating at times.

I showed them around told them what I wanted done They asked questions and I appreciated that.. I felt they worked hard the entire time and I was pleased with the way my home looked (and smelled) after they were done. Although, one suggestion I would have is that they use all natural/organic cleaning products. They told me they wanted to continue cleaning after my time was up.(spoke with the owner) They wanted to charge a rate which I found to be astronomical. I said no but was satisfied with the end result so It didn't much matter. I don't regularly get my house cleaned by a service (only for special occasions) so maybe I'm not "hip" to what current rates are but I did find this to be a bit on the expensive side for me personally. However, they really did work hard and do a good job. With prices just a little less, I'd definitely recommend and reuse this service.

Again, the provider sent me an email asking detailed questions, which I answered on Nov 20, and I never heard back from them.

It turned out okay. There were no additional fees. It included everything from windows to cleaning the refrigerator and stove. I live in a condo. Part of the reason I was having my unit cleaned was that I had construction. I wanted the service because they would do a deep cleaning. My issue was that, the deal was for nine hours of service, which roughly worked to something like three people for three hours. Three people came for roughly two hours. So, I didn't feel like I got my full service per se. They dusted the ceiling fan. They did what they said except that there was still dust on the fan. They took a swiffer over it and it was wet. But, the dust was still there. It was just wet dust, sort of smeared. It was still on the top surfaces like cabinets and things like that. They did move things. It was just that the things that I thought they would do was only so-so. They weren't anywhere near the time I had paid for. I didn't feel like I got what I paid for.

This last cleaning was horrible. I was shocked at the drastic change, not only in their cleaning but also how the company handled my complaint. Usually I could get two or three ladies depending on availability. How long it took them to clean varied but the end result was always amazing. They'd make the beds beautifully. It was their attention to detail that made them stand out. This last cleaning experience was the exact opposite. Two ladies that I had never seen came to clean. No problem there as that happens. They went upstairs to begin cleaning like usual. I was shocked when 30 minutes later they were done with the upstairs two bedrooms, bathroom and stairs. Prior cleaners spent almost three times the amount of time upstairs. I told the ladies they were moving so quickly. I asked if they were done upstairs and they said yes. I went upstairs to check it out because I couldn't imagine they had been thorough. I was horrified. Usually, the bed was gorgeous. They arranged decorative pillows beautifully and left ambient lighting on. Almost like someone was coming to do a photo shoot of the room. It used to glow. Not this time. The bed was made with no detail. Looked like I woke up and pulled up the cover. No ambient lighting and I could still see dog fur and the two foot by two foot trash can was still overflowing. I asked the lady if she had forgotten the trash or if she was going to do it last. She apologized because she forgot. No sweat. That happens. I didn't go into the upstairs bathroom until after they left. The toilet was clean in some spots and filthy in others. It looked like they cleaned some and missed large parts. I was shocked to notice that it still smelled like urine! The tub still had a ring around it and the wall of the bath tub looked like they used a quick swipe. There was still soap scum on the tub walls. The medicine cabinet was still dusty and dirty. They had only cleaned the mirror. The sink still had dirt where the overflow holes are. An hour after they arrived they had vacuumed the downstairs bedroom, play room, started working on the kitchen and TV room and had started the downstairs bathroom. No one had ever moved that fast. They were done with the entire house in 2 hours and 15 minutes. This was even more shocking considering I told them to do the best they could in the downstairs bedroom as there was stuff all over the room and it was impossible to change the bed linens or get to many areas to dust. They were leaving as my husband arrived. He changed out of his police uniform then told me it doesn't even look like they cleaned in some places and that they did not clean well. Some areas of the home were sparkling. The kitchen and TV room sparkled. It was obvious that one of the girls was thorough and one wasn't. They didn't mop the floors and shelves in the play room were still filthy. There was nothing on them so they shouldn't have missed that. I was horrified at how awful the cleaning was so I emailed the company. I told them the details and said it was not a $150 cleaning, rather $75 and I wanted to be reimbursed. I also asked if we could go back to the way they usually did my house. Lilly's reply was just as shocking as the poor cleaning. I sent her the email on November 25 and allowed for them to get back to me since t was during the Thanksgiving holiday. I resent the message on December 2 and she finally responded. She said she spoke with the girls and said she could send them back out. She said I pay for a little over 4 man hours and if I wanted them to stay longer it is more money. She also said if I wanted someone who could spend more time cleaning she could give me her name. She said she wanted me to be happy even if that meant using another person not part of their company. I emailed her back and told her how disappointed I was with her response. Here I was saying what a horrible cleaning job it was and she wanted me to pay MORE money for more time. I told her Connie set the price before I ever agreed to services. It never seemed like it was based on man hours as times and individuals varied. I also said why would I try this other person she recommended considering the quality of service I had just received from the ladies within her company. I cancelled future cleanings and asked for some of my money to be refunded. I still have t heard back from the company. I also told her I don't usually give negative reviews. I usually give positive reviews. This last experience was so horrible I told her I would be making a review. I am a very forgiving person and explained that in my first email. I gave them a chance to redeem things and she not only didn't redeem things, she made it worse. I have no idea what caused such a drastic change. Normally I would have given them praise reviews but if this was how it was going to be, I felt obligated to let others know. As of right now, I still haven't heard from the company. I know things happen and mistakes are made. We're all human. I was even willing to overlook this and continue service. I just wanted things back to the way they were. so disappointed.

I had purchased the custom deep cleaning service for my son's home that needed cleaning after the construction of a 3-story addition. There was demolition/construction dust on every surface in the original house. My son's family had been living with us during the construction but needed to move back into their home to make way for Thanksgiving houseguests. With their work schedules and my daughter-in-law being pregnant there was no way they could get the house cleaned in time. With very short notice Skilled Maids came to the rescue. They did everything they said they would do: Exterior cleaning of appliances- detailed interior and exterior of up to three appliances Countertops, cabinets, backsplash, sinks Clean and sanitizing of floor, tile, sink / vanity, mirrors, backsplash, commode, shower / tub, tracks Cleaning of up to 10 windows (inside only) Dust all furniture, knickknacks, pictures, plants, sills, fans, baseboards, molding, shelves, vents, lamps and wall corners Vacuuming of furniture, floors and carpet (moving light furniture). Remove trash, replace liners Remove marks from doors and switch plate covers Clean glass doors I was very impressed with the work that was done and my son and daughter-in-law were very thankful.

I purchased a set number of hours via a Big Deal. I was immediately contacted and put on their schedule in a very reasonable amount of time. Their cleaners showed up on time the day of the service, and did an outstanding job in the areas we designated for them to clean. I was very satisfied with the service and overall value, and would not hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them to other users.
