Skilled Maids

Skilled Maids do a very nice job. After using their 6 hr promotional coupon deal, I hired them to come back every month. They are very professional. I've only had one scheduling mix-up when the cleaners arrived cause they had not been notified the cleaning date had been moved. However, then have always been here when I needed them.

The ladies were amazing! So detail oriented and considerate. I will definitely be working with this company again and asking for the same team. They worked wonders!

Oh they were good they were good yes they were. They were pretty efficient I mean they forgot a couple of things but they were efficient.

They did okay. Most things were cleaned really well but certain things were overlooked. For example, they are supposed to wash kitchen cabinets, which mine had very obvious food splatter marks on them, but they weren't touched. The cabinets also had spots where food must have dripped down from a countertop that also went unnoticed. They are also supposed to clean inside trash cans. We have young children who throw away trash frequently, but their aim is not great and there is constantly trash build up along the edge of the trash cans, which is extremely obvious, and that was also not cleaned. Before the cleaning I specifically said our kitchen is a high traffic area and I wanted to make sure it got top priority, which I was confused why these areas went untouched. Lastly, the bathroom had a large spot where toothpaste had dripped down the cabinet. Again, cabinets were supposed to be cleaned, but they were not. The toothpaste was very noticeable, but wasn't cleaned. These were just a few of the items I noticed when I walked through the rooms immediately after the cleaning. I didn't do a thorough check since I don't have the time - but everything else overall seemed pretty clean. Due to the great reviews I was still willing to consider using them again and write it off as a first timer's mistake, but when they asked me how the cleaning went and I told them of my concerns they never got back to me. Had they responded with, "I'm so sorry about that! We will come back to clean it." or "Next time we clean we'll make sure to get all these spots." I would have been content. With that being said, I wasn't impressed with the customer service and decided this company wasn't for me. Mediocre cleaning and lackluster customer service. I attached photos I took immediately after they cleaned.

Skilled Maids cleaned my house within an inch of it's life! (Seriously, it's as if I never lived here—it's THAT clean!) Following a lengthy home remodel, I purchased a Deep Cleaning (via Angie's List) for my home to help me get a handle on the resulting dust and detritus. Skilled Maids was very prompt in getting back to me to schedule. Their team arrived promptly and went over my townhouse from top-to-bottom—windows, pictures, under furniture, inside appliances. Everything sparkled! If I worked on my house for three straight days, I could never have gotten it that clean. The Skilled Maids team was very courteous, responsive, and happily worked around my pets. I will definitely be in touch with them the next time I am in need of cleaning assistance—thanks!

They arrived on time and worked with precision to give our home a thorough cleaning

They are great! They come once a month for us (you can get more frequently but this is good for us). They do an excellent job cleaning and are very through. We had a different company before and they can't compare to Skilled Maids. One time we forgot to straighten up (we have two kids under 3) and they still did just an excellent job. They come and clean while we are at work and so we trust them.

Blanca and Zeticia showed up on time, worked hard with total courtesy and efficiency, and cleaned the house thoroughly. I'd bought the cleaning as a luxury item, thinking it couldn't possibly be worth $250 -- now, I'm trying to figure out how to budget for it more often! If we'd spent the entire weekend cleaning, we'd have gone to bed exhausted on Sunday night and the house wouldn't have looked NEARLY as good as it did after four and a half hours with two Skilled Maids. Highly, highly recommended!

In general we have had a great experience with Skilled Maids - we had a few teething troubles (who doesn't) but the management staff have been very responsive. I can see us using them for many years to come.

I liked the service. I always have trouble with these services for them to complete their checklists. And the cleaners are not careful when cleaning. They bang into walls etc. They also have trouble with scheduling. Otherwise, they do a great job.

Well. Work performed as described. I was working from home and maids were quite which was very nice.

It went great. The girls were so nice. They were on time and did a great job.

I purchased a "move in/move out" special coupon in anticipation of my move into my newly purchased town home. From initial contact to completion of the job, skilled maids exceeded my expectations. Communication was mainly via email and was seamless! I was beyond pleased when I walked into my sparkling home. The move in/move out special did not include indoor and outdoor window cleaning so that was an extra charge and the team needed to stay an extra hour, and that was an extra charge as well. I think it was worth it!

Did not respond to a complaint regarding the performed service.

The cleaners were very good at their jobs! However, they "over cleaned" in the upstairs of the house and their time was up before they were able to get downstairs.

I bought the Angie's List deal for a 9-hour deep cleaning and it was money VERY well spent. They did an excellent and thorough job. They showed up an hour early and caught me a little by surprise as I was still pre-cleaning, but I gave that up and just let them do their thing and they did a wonderful job. Everything looks wonderful and I'm going to set up a regular cleaning schedule with them.

I was amazing. The workers were friendly, thorough, and hard working. The touched every floor of my townhouse and dod a really good job.

The ladies were friendly and so hard working they didn't stop for the 4.5 hours they were here and they were very thorough. I gave them a 20% tip because they were so wonderful.

Did wonderful job cleaning kitchen and bathrooms. Moved refrigerator and stove to clean underneath. Very happy with their service and will probably hire them again in the future.

The cleaners who came (two women) did an INCREDIBLE job cleaning our home. I am fussy, and I was impressed! They cleaned every cranny, moved every piece of furniture, and even tidied up our bedrooms. They even cleaned the toothpaste tubes! The price they quoted me for regular, bi-weekly cleaning was really high, but the deep-clean service was incredible and worth every penny.

All went well. Workers were professionally dressed, had a great attitude, came in a company vehicle, were on-time and worked for the entire time. They brought all their own cleaning supplies. Cleaned big appliances thoroughly. Asked me to check their work as they were going and were happy to correct any discrepancies. Would recommend and use again.
