Skilled Maids

The ladies were punctual and nice. I personally felt they spent a great deal of time upstairs where there wasn't much to do in empty bedrooms. They also broke a light in my bathroom. Thankfully it's going to be replaced eventually anyway, but still frustrating. Considering this was a "deep clean" I was hoping for better quality cleaning in the main areas. There was no furniture to clean or dust; just floors to vacuum and mop. They did do windows, which was nice. They weren't prepared or aware of my special requests for the ceiling fan or above the door - which I asked 3 times if it would be a problem and I was told no. The sweeping out of the garage and basement was useless, but I'll let that go. I felt like I had to clean again behind them. Maybe for regular service they would perform better, but they are pricy and just meh. I found a much better deal with another company who does a better job for half the cost!

I could have done a much better job. It appeared to me that they just barely did the minimum. When I came home I actually wondered whether or not they had been to the house at all. Many of the things I noted before hand that should have been done, was not done. There were things that they mentioned they did and they looked as if they had never been touched. I know how a move out clean should look like. I was too busy moving to my new house to file a complaint or ask for a refund. I saw their reviews and thought I was making the best decision; however, it is very clear to me that what other people deem clean for them is not the same for me because I did not see any noticeable difference at all.

They did incredible work and faster than I thought they could get it done!

Great - from the first email asking detailed questions of the job and our preferences, to the smooth scheduling and timely reminders of the service date and finally to the actual cleaning service. The team that arrived at our house did everything we specified in the agreed upon timeframe. They also communicated when some requested items would likely take more time than was allotted which we appreciated since we were able to opt for higher priority tasks. I would definitely use this service again for deep cleaning and may choose to use them for our regular cleaning service.

The were very accommodating and customized the job to fit within the 4.5 hour time slot., They dusted cob webs from my base boards, cob webs from the ceiling fans, vacuumed floor, changed my bed, cleaned 4 bathrooms, wiped out the fridge and oven, washed the inside windows, etc

They did minimal work. Yes they cleaned the house but I have used other services that havedown much better

Service price was comparable to other providers on Angie's list. They worked me into their schedule by rearranging another client. They also contacted me the day prior to the appointment to see if the appointment could be scheduled later in the day. They arrived prior to appointment time and did a good job. I'm happy with the service provided.

They did a phenomenal job. They went through everything and cleaned everything top to bottom. A little expensive, but they did a really good job.

The two-person cleaning team was excellent and detailed oriented. The communication leading up to the visit was extensive: the emails sought to clarify what I wanted and did not want, where the cleaners could park, etc. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience and the work.

Excellent. I appreciated that they remembered I didn't want chemicals used when mopping my hardwood floors.

Getting a time pinned down b/c of my schedule was difficult but Skilled Maids was very easy to work with. The arrived early, and got right to work. They were very quick and so thorough!!!!!! I know I got the deep house cleaning, but they even washed my dogs bowls!! Kenya and her coworker were very polite. My husband and I were extremely happy and will certainly look into using the service again!!

Two ladies from Skilled Maids showed up on time. I showed them the whole house and they began cleaning immediately. I was worried that they might not have enough time to complete every room, but they were able to before their time was up. I was very pleased with their work and would definitely hire them again. The only issue that I do have is that their was a communication gap. The ladies did not speak a lot of English and it was difficult to communicate with them. There were times, that I just wasn't able to get my point across. Other than this one issue, I was vey pleased.

They have regularly cleaned my home for about a year. They do a great job, paying attention to detail and working quickly. I am very pleased with their work.

They were excellent and they were very thorough. Spent the whole day cleaning the house. Even did some work that they didn't have to. They were both very professional and quiet (I work at home and I didn't even notice they were there.

I initially had a hard time making the appointment. I purchased a deal through Angie's List and they weren't able to find my reservation. They said they would call me back but never did. Once I got the appointment made, things went well. The cleaners did an excellent job. The house was cleaned perfectly and looked brand new. They were even friendly toward my cats, who can be annoying when you're trying to work. I would definitely recommend the whole house deep cleaning, coming home from work to a spotless house was a huge relief.

They showed up on time, and they did the job. The cleaning and vacuuming they did collapsed one of the AC ducts and left the AC running continuously because it was blowing a lot of the cool air into the attic. To be honest and fair though, I do not believe that the collapsed duct was their fault. I feel that the duct work was poorly done and old, and that it would have collapsed on anyone vacuuming it. The only negative thing I can say is that the price was high for my small AC system and the work they did, so in my case there was very little value in the deal.

They did a wonderful job and the house looks great. Very nice ladies. I will use them again.

Skilled Maids were good - efficient and focused. The two person crew definitely worked hard for the entire 4.5hrs. And although it wasn't 100% amazing, the amount of work they put in for such a large space - definitely worth the money. We will likely be hiring them again.

Consistently thorough and punctual. During one cleaning session, the microwave accidentally got damaged but they were quick to respond to our concerns and replaced the microwave without too much trouble.
