They were very professional. Their prices were very reasonable. They worked quickly and did a good job. They also serviced my neighbors and they were very happy as well.

Mr. Shifflett came to our house the day before the work was done, and did a walk around the yard, I believe he was planning the workflow for the workday. When the team arrived the day of the job, they quickly went to work and did everything in four hours, except to grind down one stump. They explained that the ground was too wet (it rained for a couple of days before the job) to grind that stump and that they would be back by the end of the week to finish the job. They came as promised, ground the remaining stump down in the morning, and didn't even wake up my wife! On the job day, they also took up leaves that were on the ground. Friendly, professional, do what they promise, fair price. What more can anyone ask for?

Personnel were professional and did work promptly. Friendly staff to talk to on the phone. Did a nice job of cleaning-up after the trees were taken down. Will leave trees as firewood, if needed, or will provide free raw mulch.

Everything went pretty well. They were able to come out quickly and they did a thorough job.

He came out when he said he would and walked around my property to look over the job. He was very professional. I am just not sure if his way is the way I want to go.

I got three quotes, and this one was the highest. I was surprised how large the difference was between this bid and the one I accepted.

They arrived very promptly and were knowledgable but they wanted $3,500 to take down one tree (which was very close to the woods so they could just roll the wood into the woods) and clean up about 5 others damaged but no need to take them down just clearing broken and hanging branches. When they arrived we walked the property and he reviewed the work and told me that he could do it the next day if the coming storm was not bad but the cost was $3,500. Now I have had trees taken down before and this was very high. In hurricane Isabelle we had 6 trees go down with root balls in the air and it was less than $2,000 for that job so I was very surprised and told him I would have to get back to him. As it turned out I got someone to do a great job for $600

We needed stumps removed for a fence, that was being installed in the next two days. Due to machine problems, Davey Tree let me know their grinder was still in the shop. I needed a very fast turn around other wise, we couldn't finish out fence. Shifflett came out very early the next morning to take a look, I handed them a check, and by that evening the stumps were gone! It was a little more expensive than what Davey Tree was charging, but they also removed 3 trees and perhaps there was some deal in Davey's pricing.

Good job but left a big huge pile of wood chips! It is so much fun to watch the crew and they seem to enjoy it too!

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THE WORKERS WERE NICE, AND THEY LEFT THE AREA CLEANED. ALL THE BRANCHES WERE TAKEN AWAY, AND SHREDDED. I COULD NOT BE ANY HAPPIER WITH THE SERVICE.
