They came on time and price was on line. They performed service. Left it in good shape. They even cleaned my deck.

Dealing with Craig was an absolute pleasure, pricing was reasonable, and he worked closely with me to identify items that needed to be done now vs later. Absolutely the best at what he does. Work was incredibly quick and respectful of existing vegetation and homeowner intrusion. Crew were total experts.

I contacted S&P Tree Care, and heard back right away about meeting the following Monday between 1 - 2 pm. I responded I was available to meet. Monday came and no one ever showed up, or contacted me to reschedule. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Excellent work, great communication

The owner emailed me with an approximate job date for tree pruning and indicated he'd put it on the calendar and be in touch as the date approached. Weeks after the proposed date, I contacted the owner to find out why I hadn't heard from him. Although he provided no explanation, he agreed to send a crew out for pruning. I provided written instructions as to what I wanted done. The instructions were not followed and the crew removed branches they should not have; making it a three-sided tree. My beautiful, 35-year-old dogwood I have nurtured and cared for with numerous professional treatments, is now missing branches it needs to make it attractive. Although the owner waived the fee, he has refused to provide me with information to encourage new growth on the side without branches, much less offering to perform additional work to make the dogwood more attractive. He emailed me and indicated I should contact another company.

Great. Left message 3/8/19. Received call from an arborist (Paul) the next business day. We arranged that he'd come by the next day to inspect site & evaluate trees. He arrived promptly, and emailed a proposal that night. He said we could keep the second birch (further from house) and the Leyland. We agreed that his crew would remove one river birch, remove several lower limbs from the other two trees, and remove resulting debris. We did not have the stump ground. They arrived promptly on 3/26/19, did the work, and removed all debris from both our yard & our neighbor's yard. Both Paul & Craig (the owner) turned up on the day of the job. Communication between Paul & myself, via email & text was stellar, everyone arrived at agreed upon times, work was professional, and clean up was excellent. I will definitely call them next time I need tree removal or assessment/care. *Note - we wouldn't have had them come out solely to remove lower limbs on trees (as we routinely use our own pole pruner & loppers for that purpose). We decided to pay the small additional amount to have it done in conjunction with the tree removal to give ourselves a little break;-)

Craig Sullivan was a joy to work with. He was one of the few 'tree guys' that I contacted who seemed to know something about trees. He explained my options and was willing to do the unusual things that I wanted. His crew showed up on time did the work that I wanted and were very careful do avoid damage to nearby trees and plants. They cleaned up well before they left and the work was done at a very competitive price. Highly recommended

S&P Tree Care did an excellent job removing 7 very large trees that were threatening my & my neighbors' houses, along with extensive pruning of another, and a few smaller items at no additional cost. They came on time, worked diligently throughout, were well-equipped with all necessary machinery, and cleaned up all the debris very well. Since this was a large & expensive job, I appreciated Craig's pointing out things that needed immediate attention and those that could wait or be omitted entirely (even though the latter would have resulted in less revenue for his company). I also was impressed that the proposal included an itemization of the price for each item, making it simple for me to see the relative cost for each, to help in deciding what to contract for. Although not the cheapest of companies I interviewed for the job, their price was competitive & quite fair for the amount and quality of the work done. I was extremely pleased with their work, attitude, and professionalism and would happily to use them for any future work.

Great job! Only a couple hours to cut down the remaining 3 ft diameter dead tree trunk, grind the stump, and remove all debris. Entire crown was already gone. They avoided any damage to nearby structures and a fence.

S & P did a wonderful job. Craig Sullivan answered my phone call and came the next day for the estimate and then we had a delay for the removal because of the torrential rains we had for the next 2 weeks. They had to use our back neighbors yards to get to the tree and they did a wonderful job, very neat and clean and fairly quiet for cutting down a big tree. We were extremely pleased. I will certainly recommend them and use them again if needed. Very reasonable cost compared to some other estimates.

The company was fantastic. The responsiveness was great and the cost was extremely reasonable. We will likely be using them again in the future for further tree removal. Very satisfied.

Craig was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He gave me some good advice about my tree situation that I appreciated very much. I didn't end up getting the tree removed but I would recommend S&P Tree Care as being honest and trustworthy.

Craig was very knowledgeable and professional from the initial contact. He came out on time and provided an objective assessment. He wasn't out to take advantage of a situation that needed immediate attention. On the day of the job, his crew did good work, and removed the fallen tree. Their pruning work was also very neat and the yard was restored in the way they found it.

Craig came out and performed the estimate. Craig was very friendly and professional, and his estimates have been accurate the two times I've hired S&P. The team came out when they said they would, and had me guide them around my property to verify the work to be done. They were all also professional and friendly. Within an hour, the work was done, I paid, and they were off to their next project. As I said earlier, I've used these guys twice, once for a much larger job and this time for a smaller one, and I fully intend on calling them again when I need help with my trees.

Craig and his team did a great job start to finish. He was punctual for the estimate. He scheduled me in quickly, communicated about the details of the project, and when his team got done, he left it impeccably clean. It was a great experience- though I do miss the tree :(

We moved into our house a few months ago and were not aware that we had some sick and dangerous trees on our property. We never expected to have to budget for tree removal and there is some sticker shock associated with this process but it's not a do-it-yourself project. So my husband and I began searching for tree removal/trimming services and found S&P and they were great! Craig was super responsive from my first inquiry and with all necessary follow-up. He gave a very competitive quote and I knew from the moment he came out to check out what work needed done that we would hire him. He was super personable and it's nice working with just one person from start to finish. He was also honest about what needed done and what could wait and was great in offering some advice and groups that could save some of our existing trees. It was quite a team that came out to do the work. They climbed the trees to remove the branches and had a very efficient system in taking down and tidying up. Other S&P folks came out to cart away the debris and grind the stump. It worked very well and by the time everything was done, they left the area as clean as the found it just without the tree and dead branches. Very professional. Craig also stopped by to check on the progress a couple times and I definitely appreciated that. We have future tree trimming/removal plans and we will definitely use S&P again. They did great work and offered a very fair price. Super happy customer!

Craig Sullivan did AMAZING work! I came home to find the tree pruned to PERFECTION as the branches were way too long and hitting my house and the folks who lived on either side of me. Craig raised the canopy and properly pruned all branches to where I do not have to worry about pruning again for a long while. Craig's rates are UNBEATABLE! Two other vendors came in at above $550 and $750--more than twice what I paid. Craig's very responsive and great to deal with--very professional and personable--the best you can hope for when you need work done.

We have used S&P Tree Care in the past for tree removal and used them again recently to remove 3 trees (One black locust, one dog wood, and one holy) including grinding the stumps. S&P Tree Care have become our ?go to? company for tree removal. They provide fast, efficient, and quality work and clean up after themselves. We would highly recommend them for anyone contemplating tree removal.

The team who removed the trees was punctual, quick, professional and tidy. They were here about an hour and a half. We will definitely use them again should we need tree services in the future.
