They were fabulous and prompt. We are going to use them in the future. The appraisal that they did was free.

She is a great realer. She did 3 open houses for me. She works with a group of 6 other women. One of them came in to provide great detail for 2 hour explaining how to stage the home. We had our home pre inspected and he was available at the first open house.

This was a great experience! We were first time home buyers with not a lot of money to put down on the purchase of a home. She alerted us to government assistance programs to help us with the down payment and made sure we were well informed of our options. We were under a deadline and needed to settle on a house within a month or two and we were in a low price range with lots of foreclosed homes. She set us up with lots of homes to look at and worked with us on the weekends and weeknights to get us into all the houses we needed to look at. She was very well organized and times out our visits really well so that we weren't driving all over the place in one day. Finally we found the house we wanted. It was late Thursday night that we saw the house and decided to place our offer on it. We wanted the bank to get it the next morning (since it had just gone on the market a day or two earlier) so she stayed up late (3am!) in order to get the paperwork in to them. She then kept in contact with us through the whole process and made sure we were kept aware of everything that was going on. She set up the home inspection for us and hooked us up with a great loan officer and title company. Christina truly cares about her clients and wants them to find the home of their dreams. She knew exactly what we were looking for and didn't let us settle for second best. We will definitely be using her again in a few years when we decide to upgrade.
